Had my winter tires stored by them. When I got them back they were dirty and so rusted they were brown not black at all. Looked like they were left out in the rain for 6 months. When I complained about it they more or less said too bad. If they treat customer property that way they should be out of business. I won't be doing business with them ever again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Go anywhere but there for tires. Should be called Tirecrap. Wish I could give them a zero star review.

Very disappointed. Have been a customer since 1996 when it was Freeman's, then Kal Tire, always received excellent customer service and prompt service.
I went yesterday Oct. 29, /24 with a nail in my tire asked if they could repair. They said, "oh were very busy with tire change overs maybe we can get to it in 1/2 hour but more like an hour". I said I would go to Queensway Tire, they said ok. I went to Queensway Tire and was in and out in 15 minutes, no charge! Never been there before.... Guess where my business is going!
I didn't expect them to drop everything and look after me but just the attitude and that they didn't really care. Queensway Tire was busy as well with tire change overs, but they certainly know what customer service is....

Able to rotate Tesla tires in an efficient manner. Friendly front staff.

The service was much better when the Freemans owned it. I could expect to get served within 30 seconds of pulling up to the door. The owners knew everyone (regular customers) by name and personally changed tires too. . Now the service is much slower because there's no owner on site. They still get the job done but it's just not the same.

I had phoned around for new tires and Tirecraft appeared the most proficient and reasonable. During my visit, serious issues were detected with my vehicle even though I had visited a different mechanic not too long ago. I knew there was an issue..... more than just the warped tires!
The staff is very welcoming! It is always a pleasant visit.

I have been dealing with Tirecraft for a few yrs. I've bought 3 different sets of tires and a couple set of rims ( not all the same vehicles). Very reasonable pricing. Dani and the young gentleman ( sorry can't remember his name) are so kind a friendly and very accommodating. There customer service is above the 5 star I'm able to give. The group of guys in the shop have always been very kind, really quick and do a great job. I've even gotten there just before opening and wait to have my tires torqued. The young man in the shop was more than kind enough to ask if he could help. I explained what I was waiting for, he went inside and come back out and quickly torqued them. I have never had that high level customer service like the group at Tirecraft Simcoe
I strongly recommend and trust them.

The team here at this tirecraft were very helpful to get my tire fixed up. Even though it was just a used tire. It worked fantastically. It was on my girlfriends car that she was trading in for a new car, it got her to St.Thomas on time and no stress.

Great service I dropped my truck off before work shortly after 8 for a 1:30 appointment for new tires and got a call before 10 is was done already. Nice I could pick it up at lunch

We called needing service to fix a tire that had a nail in it right away.
Very polite and courteous on the phone. When we got there, they took us right away. Very good customer service and polite staff. I would recommend them and definitely go back myself when I need them again. They were very down to earth and caring.
