Mixed experience, some staff are very polite, however one employee is very rude to customers

Seriously zero respect for customers. They have a sign there mentioning Zero Tolerance for arrogance but treating their customers with their arrogant behaviour. Please don't put those signs for customers if you cant rely on behaving good with your customers.

Very bad costumer service. One of the staff was very rude and disrespectful to my friend. She did not even apologize when complained about the behaviour. Its very sad to see the front desk of our very own canada post treats people like this.
