Don't waste your time or money. They are very greedy. The shop wanted $800 to replace front wheel bearings that did not need to be replaced.I would give zero stars if I could.

Michelle and team were fantastic. Repaired our trailer tire within less than an hour and helped us find a 22” matching replacement tire for a Ford Expedition at another business in nearby Dryden. Top notch service, and great experience. I’d 100% recommend this business to anyone local or visiting.Michelle also would be a great catch for anyone looking for a classy young lady with a contagious smile. Thank you!!!

Waited on parts for my ATV for over 3 months, while my ATV was in their shop. Apparently the parts were “back ordered” which is completely acceptable. Working in a costumer service field I totally understand that. All while waiting to get my quad back to plow with as I have a fairly large driveway. After waiting for 3 months, I decided to make a few phone calls to find the parts myself, and I had both parts to my door in less than 4 days. If I was told from the beginning that I could source out the parts myself from another dealer, I would have done that to avoid the 3 month wait time. Also had my 6 horse Yamaha outboard in their shop to do a quick tune up and winterize in the fall…. Upon taking it out in the spring, I came to realize it no longer will stay running and I will have to take to another shop to have it looked at.Save yourself time and money, take your toys/vehicles to Kenora or Dryden.

Dingwall is the place to go for new quad tires. Excellent customer service here. This is the only place I get my vehicles serviced.

I was stuck with a completely destroyed tire on my Chev Silverado... Friday before the August Long Weekend. All the local tire shops were on holidays or just not answering. CAA was worse than useless.Local Chev Dealer said if I could get it to the shop they could take a look at it, but it would be parked there all day and no guarantees of a fix. All I really needed was a roadside tire change (in my driveway)...put the spare tire on and I'll deal with the rest later.A good friend, Jan F. told me to call Dingwall. I reminded her I was driving a Chev. She said - call anyway, they'll help you out.So I called.Friendly voice on the other end said, "Yeah, we can send our apprentice mechanic out to do that when he's finished his oil changes, would be about an hour, is that okay?"I reminded him also that it was a Chev. "No worries..." he said. "We can help"So, earlier than expected, God sent his angel, Liam from Dingwall Motors, and in less than 20 minutes I was driving myself to work. When I phoned 4 hours later to ask "How much?" I was told... "uhmmm, nothing, it's okay, glad we could help."Chev. Ford. Tomato. Tomahhhhto. When I needed help, Dingwall helped. No questions asked.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.Liam... you're wonderful.Dingwall Motors, you are also wonderful.Wishing everyone a safe and happy August Long Weekend.

So far been without a vehicle for 3 weeks to have a timing chain replaced as they some how were unable to get parts for 2 weeks (readily available 2 hours away - I called and checked). Even when they do get the parts in however there are no mechanics that work there apparently and no one to actually install the part. Looking at three full days to install a new timing chain on an F-150... Couldn't have possibly been a worse experience start to finish, no loaner, no rental, nothing.
