“Even though we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, I can’t say enough good things about our experience with this dealership. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. There was absolutely no pressure, and they were honest and transparent throughout the entire process.
They took the time to answer all of our questions and treated us with the same level of respect and care, even after we decided not to move forward. That kind of customer service and integrity is hard to find these days.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy place to shop for a vehicle. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one.”
“I like to share my experience .
This is now my second time going to this establishment . When I called a gentleman named, Bill answered the phone. I asked him if I could make an appointment he told me to come in right away. The man is very professional courteous And made sure everything is done correctly. I highly recommend this place . Ask for Bill he is the manager and he is a hands-on manager That always make sure the customer is satisfied .”
“Brian was so helpful and quick getting my poor deer damaged car assessed for insurance- within a single day - and parts ordered for repairs. So happy the car wasn't a write off!”
“Excellent experience from quote to repair, swapping a damaged tailgate. Ethan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and followed through on his commitments. I appreciated being able to drop the crated replacement part off early so they could examine it. The attention to detail that was demonstrated during the repair was second-to-none - they took the time to ensure that the best parts from each piece ended up back on the vehicle instead of just doing a straight swap. The pricing was really reasonable, the work was done in a timely fashion, and customer service on pick-up was top-notch. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim”
“Absolutely fantastic service getting my SUV repaired. Adam told me my car would be returned looking brand new, and he wasn't wrong. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was detailed too. Shout out to Adam, give him a raise.”
“Great service and exceptional care here. Had an issue with some newly installed tires. The team was quick to investigate and remedy the issue. Truly a refreshing experience dealing with their customer service and technicians.”
“I came in today to replace my car battery and was given top knotch service from Rob. He went above and beyond to ensure not only I purchased the proper battery for my car but he made sure I got the AGM with warranty I wanted at a decent price. He went so far as to walk the battery to my vehicle and place it in the trunk. Thank you Rob, in these times it’s hard to find excellent customer service. I hope Napa recognizes what an asset you are to their name and brand. Highly recommend this location.”
“Best customer service I’ve received in awhile. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman I dealt with in store was extremely thorough and kind. The other gentleman I had little interaction with but he seemed cheerful. Also it is still located on the edge of smiths falls beside the antique store. Not hard to find”
“We recently purchased a used car from this dealership.
Chyanne was professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Chris in the finance was also professional and a pleasure to deal with.
This is our first Hyundai and we are hoping we have a good experience with the car.”
