On Christmas Eve day, the battery in our vehicle began to show signs of failing. We wanted a Toyota battery but the service departments were closed. We bought a battery from Canadian Tire as a back up should ours fail. Fortunately, our battery continued to work and we got it replaced at a dealership in Ottawa. We returned the unused battery to Canadian Tire with no difficulty. The staff was pleasant and provided great customer service.

I came in to get my new winter tires done, and after waiting 2.5 hours, I received my car back. The next day, I noticed my tires were a little low; when I checked them, all the pressures were off and at random amounts. I filled them all up, thinking that you guys didn't fill them up properly. The next day, which is on the weekend now when your closed, all my tires were again looking low; when I checked, they were all under 10 PSI. I then realized all my tires were put on incorrectly, causing them to all lose air. On Monday, when the auto department was open again, I called complaining and was able to come in the next day to get them fixed. After waiting another 2 hours for you to fix the job that was done in the first place, I was then told all the valve stems were not "installed" properly and I should be "good to go" now. The next day, when I went to double check the pressures, which were all fine, I went to torque my lug nuts. I have locking lug nuts, and when I went to put the key on the front one, I could not get it on. My front locking lug nut was broken by your technicians. So I could not retorque my lug nut, and I now would have to go all the way back to the shop to get this fixed again. You replaced all my locking lug nuts and gave my money back to fix the situation. However, the experience was so bad that I will never recommend CT auto services to my family or friends. Even though I got my money back from the job, the hassle of getting it back was not pleasant, as you could not refund "shop charges," so you had to figure out how to refund me while I was there instead of having it ready with an apology from the employee. My time of 5+ hours of waiting, 2 hours of driving, and gas was way more than just an $80 refund.

Ordered winter tires. Waited more than a week to get them, still no delivery. They promissed couple days to complete the shipping. Do NOT waste your time. Use other more proactive client friendly suppliers.

Service center; If you are absolutely desperate - still try to find somewhere else.Poorly trained staff and less than stellar mechanics.(Automotive Staff is at least polite while ripping you off.)Store itself is fine.Current owner is able to get stock, which helps.Flyer items will actually be there.

Swapped my headlights. The internet and their system both lied to me twice on the kind I need. Can't be helpedExchange was fairly painless aside from it was a little busy at the time and someone was being trained.

More than disappointed. Trying to purchase dewalt hammer drill kit no one to be found. Spoke to a gentleman in automotive np I'll send someone to paint for you. 10 minutes nope. Spot a guy heading that way my wife speaks to him and he keeps going doesn't even acknowledge her, I do the same and nothing. Were out no more, the service here is gone. Amazon it is.

I went to pump gas and received a phone call. As the signage was less than visible I looked as the cashier went on the speaker and would not turn my pump back on until my phone was in my car. My phone was how I paid. I will NOT be using this gas station again as I don’t have time for someone to piss around turning off my gas pump for 5 minutes at a time. The girl was extremely rude without explanation. Absolutely disgusted at such customer service.

My goto store for everything. The staff are helpful and the store is always clean. I wish they had more goods made in Canada however.
