I searched for a Jeep Wrangler for my Wife and contacted several dealerships. I was frustrated and disappointed at the deceptive tactics and dishonesty….. UNTIL I found Mike Fair GM! I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and was quickly transfer over to Nolan in Sales, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and through negotiating a trade with Nolan and Sales Manager Dillion I quickly realized that these were extremely honest people and treated me with the respect and fairness I was looking for. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is tired of dealing with pushy sales and being treated like just another number on a sales board.
Thanks again guys, my Wife loves her new Jeep and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone in Kingston to take the drive to Smithfalls, it is absolutely worth it.

I’ve started coming here for service after having a bad experience at another local Chevrolet dealer. The guys and gals in the service department are great. Very kind and not pushy at all.

I'm very happy with my purchase through salesman Nolan and finance manager Dennis , I purchase the Cadillac LYRIQ and I'm very pleased to say it was a good transaction all done online, also negotiate ing a fair price as a trade-in deal, definitely would recommend to others to purchase a vehicle through them.

Rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I bought a new 2024 traverse in October of 2024 and has been nothing but problems. The first day, the phone charger did not work. Recently after, the middle row speakers stopped working. Christmas Day the check engine light came on and caused loss of power. Finally got a service appointment and the service tech was so rude. Told me basically the phone charger did work because him and the other techs tried it… basically called me a liar. Then told me the back speakers are fake and again the middle row speakers ARE WORKING. THEN told me my car needed a new fuel injector but it was safe to drive. When I asked for the paperwork for my records he said no, held it up and said “it’s just the fuel injector!” and denied me a copy of my service that day. When I reached out to Patrick the manager he did absolutely nothing to help. Sure he made empty promises but never followed through on an alternative OR loaner car. I’ve spent a lot of money at this dealership over the years and the level of disrespect is sickening. I ended up trading the car after THREE MONTHS while taking a huge financial loss. I highly suggest avoiding this dealership at all costs.

First time purchasing a vehicle from dealership since about 8 years ago when we transitioned to Tesla. I was initially dreading it but Dillion, the sales manager made everything extremely smooth. The process was very transparent and fair. I have never had such pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. I am happy to say I placed an offer on the spot partly because of their honesty and pricing.

Very impressed with the ease of doing business with them, no pressure transparent dealings with our sale person Erika and felt Pat Butler their GM was quite “fair” in our deal. Glad we found them as we were done with GM dealers in Kingston looking forward to the having service a bit closer to us at the new location coming to Perth.

The service department is excellent. The vehicle was ready when they said it would be. The great service I received is what led me to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership. The sales team of Wayne and Pat did the purchase and delivery within 24 hrs. I would recommend them to anyone.

At 4:00pm on Friday September 13, we had our Silverado towed into Mike Fair with no power. Knowing that the service department was likely to be closing soon we didn’t think our chances were good for having the issue solved. We were wrong. The problem was fixed and we were on our way by 5:00pm. The service staff was excellent, in particular Dave, and the mechanic (with the Cadillac tattoo) who stayed late to help us. Can’t recommend them enough!

I purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from this dealership in August 2024. This has been a great experience from start to finish. Good communication, very competitive price, and an easy transaction throughout. Mike Fair's straightforward and honest approach was a breath of fresh air after dealing with a large Ottawa-area dealership which couldn't deliver on its commitments. Going to Smiths Falls was well worth the trouble.
