To succeed in an age of online shopping, the staff at NAPA in Smiths Falls have adapted to compete. They are very reliable when they promise a part by a particular time. Prices are increasingly comparable to the U.S. auto parts giants once exchange and shipping are calculated -- and returns are convenient, when necessary. While NAPA's online system is confusing at best, the staff at the counter in Smiths Falls are excellent at solving my parts problems, far better than the large Canadian auto store with the confusing website.
