Took my son's 2015 Tucson there after a year long battle and much jumping thru hoops finally got a replacement engine. Then spent more dollars now have a new engine, a car that cannot climb a hill, runs like a tank. Waited so long to change engine it affected all of the sensors. I hesitate to write this but too many empty promises and high bills. Very disappointed

Where to start bought my car months ago to have no horn, engine light on 96 hours after pick up! Window visors fell off same day a new 2025, sent many friend there with a promise of a referral, nothing! They only reason I sent people there was cause of Cheyenne, she was an amazing sales person great personality great follow up, etc. would strongly recommend her to anybody unfortunately she works for a terrible company! They told me the Horn was”ordered” three times gave up went to Brockville to have it fixed! Then followed up about my referral checks with no help! Called today about these ongoing issues hoping for help as it had been months and about the new car we were going to buy to be yelled at by the general manger Jason cause he was in the middle of 6 thing cleaning up a “dumpster fire” from the previous management! And didn’t have time for me hung up and told me not to follow up on the broken window visors and the issues with my car engine light still on broken visors and money owed to me by the dealership! Would never go back to them and strongly recommend you don’t either! Go anywhere else they are liars and rude as hell! Sales person is amazing sorry she is caugh up on the 1 star review!

Took my car to fix brake light, they fixed it fast and I was happy until the light was off within 2days. So took my car there again from Ottawa and only to know that they need more money to fix it. Before asking more money; they should refund the money for bad work they did earlier. Waste of my time and gas just to go drive there for nothing. You can’t just change twice for fixing the same problem lol.

We recently purchased a used car from this dealership.
Chyanne was professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Chris in the finance was also professional and a pleasure to deal with.
This is our first Hyundai and we are hoping we have a good experience with the car.

Watch this dealership, they do not adhere to all in pricing, was quoted one price after a test drive only to be presented with a build out that does not match the website.
They mentioned I could get a discount for the vehicle being a demo but quickly buried the discount in added junk fees.
Was quoted by the salesman that I would have a full warranty even though it was a demonstrator. (was a lie) warranty had started 9 months prior
Spoke/emailed with GM at the dealership when I mentioned I would connect with OMVIC about the issue they put in an email they are doing nothing wrong. Luckily I kept a record of the texts and conversations I had with the salesman.
If they have a price online, don’t let them add anything else like admin fee, or junk fees or freight charges. As per OMVIC the price you see should include that except licensing and tax.
These guys couldn’t be honest and not try to scam. I literally buy a new vehicle every few years. You lost a huge sale cause you got greedy, and they didn’t like it when I called them on it.

You don’t have to go to prison to meet criminal, just go to Smiths Falls Hyundai . I encountered a frustrating experience with the Hyundai dealership in Smiths Falls. My car's engine died over the summer, and upon calling Hyundai, I was informed my warranty had expired but that they would cover the cost due to a recall on my engine. Relieved, I assumed the issue would be handled. Unfortunately, I ended up paying $1,527.40 out of pocket. Here’s a breakdown of the issues I faced:
I dealt with a representative named Shelly, whose attitude was unprofessional throughout the process. After having my car towed to the dealership, Shelly requested oil change receipts, which I provided. She assured me these would be submitted to their insurance for coverage, which was initially confirmed.
Shelly later called to inform me that I’d need to pay for a new car battery, timing belt, labor costs, and a gear shifter replacement, totaling around $800. Despite the recall, I was being charged additional fees for labor and parts related to the engine. When I asked if she could discuss the charges with my husband (who is a mechanic), she agreed. However, during a three-way call, she became defensive, spoke over him, and eventually hung up when he asked valid questions.
I later spoke to the service manager, who also spoke to my brother (also a mechanic) regarding the charges. Initially, we were told the alternator belt would cost $1,800, but they found one for $1,300. After this conversation, the total cost inexplicably increased to $1,527.40.
In the end, I was billed for: - **Labor:** Removing the subframe - $260, replacing drive belts - $130, replacing the alternator - $325. - **Parts Total:** $636. The charges seemed excessive and unclear, and my attempts to get a clear breakdown were met with resistance.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Hyundai Smiths Falls. They appear to take advantage of customers, inflating charges and providing poor customer service. If possible, consider other service centers for any Hyundai-related issues.

Went to get winter tires on and they couldn’t even put hub cap covers on correctly. I drove home and 2 of the hub cap covers flew off. I called to tell them and they argued and were not nice at all. Would not recommend Hyundai smiths falls.
They also told me at my tire appointment that my brakes were so unsafe and I shouldn’t be driving on them. So I went and got a second opinion. Hyundai told it would be over 1000$ for parts and labour. Went to action auto in smiths falls the mechanic shook his head when he looked at my breaks he said they are fine and they don’t need to be fixed asap he said they are totally safe and he said that it would cost 200$ for parts and 160$ for labour so 360$ to get brakes fixed at action. when Hyundai wanted over 1000$. They are completely scamming people (who they think know nothing about cars) , please get a second opinion don’t listen to their advice. I also agree with review below about the front desk lady (older lady) not acting professional at all as she was the one who was arguing with me about how my hub caps ‘must of been broken’ when I brought them in when I know farewell they were not broken 👍

Worst service I have ever experienced! Brought car in due to engine issue which was covered under warranty but told they couldn’t get to it for a month. They then told us no loaner but would rent a car to us, after it sitting for a month we were then told brakes needed to be replaced because they were rusted now

Great resolution handling of a customer complaint.
I took my father's vehicle in for an oil change, and something else came up that was questionable in needing to be done (or at least to the amount of work quoted/vs required for the limited work actually required). I sent an email to Dillon the service manager, as I felt like I was taken advantage of, and he was exceptional at resolving my issues. He heard me out, and also took the time to explain some of the transitionary "pains" they are going through as they navigate to different ownership, etc. Yes things are different than when it was a different owner, but in order to be able to invest in the business they need to make changes, but are looking for ways that they can provide a better experience.
IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE - I encourage you to reach out to the service manager first, as they are really good at listening and looking for a resolution. As a business person I can respect and understand their position. With the way they handled this situation - what I thought was going to be, I just won't go back...I will instead, see them again in the spring.

I bought my first Hyundai from this place without any issues two years ago. However, after learning about the new ownership, I realize now that I should have been more cautious when purchasing a vehicle here. After I picked up my car, I found out that there was only one key. I inquired with the finance person, who said they could get me another key. After following up with the sales manager, I was told that they would look into it. However, after two weeks, I had to follow up again, and they informed me that I would have to pay for the key myself. Overall, I am feeling frustrated and have decided not to return to this dealership.
