We had just purchased our first Brand new vehicle with Peter at the Smiths Falls Kia dealership. We are so pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. We knew exactly what we wanted, had spoke with Peter and he’s so down to earth, straight forward and pleasant to deal with. The Employees that helped me set up my car stereo and explained how to use all the new gadgets that I’ve never seen before were so knowledgeable and friendly too! I could not have asked for a better experience! THANK YOU Peter & Brandon for making my transition enjoyable and exciting!

Usually I have experienced good service here. Today I showed up for my oil change. I was about 10 minutes late. I let the lady who was working service, and clearly overwhelmed know I need to be back in Perth for 11:15am. It was approx 9:10 am. She said something along the lines of "well you're late". I had been assured when booking that the services I had booked would be about 1 hour 15 mins. At 10 am, my car still hadn't even gone in the garage. I told the lady I wanted the keys back, as this would no longer work for me. When I called back, she made a comment about how everybody needs their car back as soon as possible. Which may be true, but I also work by appointment and so if I told a service will be x amount if time I would schedule around it with some cushioning. So I don't just have the luxury of dropping my car off for the day or x amount of unidentified hours, while I live and work from another town when no loaner is available.
It would have been much better service if instead of passive aggressive service, the woman stated they were running over an hour behind, and that perhaps I should reschedule my appointment-instead of letting me sit there for 50 mins when my car hadn't even been started, essentially wasting my time, as such a late start did not leave enough time for me to return to Perth. At what point, had I not checked, would the business have addressed the fact that the services couldn't be completed within the time-line I had stated I had.

I went there because I'd received a recall notice for my Kia Optima. The part involved (trunk latch) was replaced quickly by the very effective, professional staff.

It was an absolute pleasure purchasing my first car at the Smiths Falls Kia. Right from the start it was exceptionally professional, and well organized. What a phenomenal service, my car broke down on my way to Ottawa . Dropped off at Kia in Smith Falls and the level of service and communication was above exceptional, they kept me posted at all time on the status and progress of my car repair.Thank you so much to the entire team and especially Devin and Dillon in the service department.
