Went to look at a car for my first vehicle, salesman Noah was very nice at first, my parents and I looked at the car for about an hour which I know is quite some time but it’s my first vehicle and was all my summer job money, we took one look over the vehicle and as we were about to go into the building Noah came out with a “Sold” sign and said to my father “ So are we doing this or what” and then continued to say that it was “only a cheap car” and that “we have less then a minute to think about it” which we found very rude and condescending. Will be telling letting all my first vehicle friends NOT to go here.

Leasing a vehicle through Town and Country and I must say the service has been amazing, from start to finish was a total of 4 days!!! Fantastic people to deal with!!

Total incompetence in the service department.. they were told I need my vehicle back at end of day but didn't get the work completed and had to keep overnight no heads up until it was to late. Rude service Manager and service advisors.. stay away. Not recommended for anything at this dealer. Will take my biz to another dealer..

After six and half years as customer, I still feel like family to this place. Bought my truck new ( Blue Streak ) lol. Had it tow there, was told the problem. Part was order and fixed, in a day and half, they went out there way to fix it. I had NO appointment booked, they managed to find time to fix it and get me back on the road. Great work to Brad, Dave and to your staff.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and they could even order my transmission fluid. All they wanted to do is give excuses… nice people but my time is money and incompetence is not an excuse! Raising your voice isn’t yell and I didn’t curse at the individual, please try to get the facts straight. Your right, ordering the fluid wasn’t an issue for you but it was for me so service isn’t a priority for you! 60 years in business…well you won’t see mine or any of my colleagues or friend’s business…good luck with the next few years!

I GUESS THE TRUTH DOES MATTERS
When you have a dash cam, they won't comment other than to refuse service
3 months ago, we took a test drive in a car that was overpriced, and they wanted me to take half the value for mine. Add it to the used car they tried to sell me, and we walked out
after checking our dash cam, we were able to see that they went 104 in an 80 and slammed hard on the brakes when they came back to the dealership, and this was the manager
Today, we were going to give them another chance they refused service
very rude because I called them out for actually saying what my dash cam showed
Thanks for showing us all. we need to see about your business. Our first impression was the correct one
P.S. I have to get a car for my wife. GM is a better company.

First time purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. Purchased a gorgeous Ram pickup. Down home country atmosphere, was pleased to talk to owner Brad, who took the time to discuss with me the importance of purchasing a top quality vehicle , now that I am on my own. Price wise, I could not have done better. The vehicle was immaculate, and I was so happy that all the paperwork was done for me. I was so impressed with Jerrad, who shows this business is truly his passion also. Very ,very pleased.

Beyond unprofessional. I called to book an app to test drive the M2. I informed Noah - the salesman- that I am 1h12 mins away and I am coming to check out the M2 and go for a test drive. I even said I sold my M4 and the delivery on Friday and therefore I need to pick up a car this week. The salesman told me to come down for a test drive. The moment I showed up I was told that according to the dealership policy; test drive isn't possible without a deposit. I said why this wasn't communicated to me beforehand, I wouldn't have driven 2h24 back and fourth. No answer was given.
