The population of Smithville and surrounding area has and continues to change and grow. This store hasn’t kept up with the changes. I was in there last week looking for an Amber Lager, any Amber Lager. Whether it was local, provincial or international it didn’t matter, they had none. This is why I’ll drive 25min to St. Catharines; selection.

Nice little liquor store. Not much for selection, but good enough for the locals. This store sort of took the place of the beer store around the corner, but never lived up to it. It has gotten better though.

In all my experiences (I live here), staff has been quite rude. The selection is minimal if you don't drink beer. They finally expanded that but I'm still waiting for better wine selections. The hours are way too short as well. Come on Smithville, we can do better!

I have gone into this location several times over the summer and again today looking for a rum cooler. In the beginning I could find about 3 or 4 different options. Today I walked into the LCBO and stared at the wall and I mean the entire wall of vodka coolers in the refrigerated section. There are never any options for someone who doesn’t like vodka. There was a couple tequila options, but the overwhelming majority is vodka. I understand that it’s a small store but come on!!!! An entire wall????? I’m so disappointed that they can’t offer more of a variety that I will start going elsewhere. I like to support local but they don’t offer what I’m looking for.

Very friendly service! However they don't have any craft beer anymore. They had a decent selection up until the fall. Now they just have typical domestic beer and some international beer but that is it. If you are looking for anything really tasty go to Beamsville or Gimsby. Both LCBO's here are just as small but have really good craft beer selections.

Small store, so, it is stocked accordingly. Ask if you don't see it. Doreen, Kevin and Misha are friendly, and helpful!? Very challenging time for employees and manager, serving thousands of patrons through two years of covid! Wear your masks people! The staff here have families they go home to! Leave your politics at home!
