“Had the misfortune of needing their services for a school bus. The price was fine and the response time was as good as could be expected, but two things set this experience apart from what I was expecting. The driver was exceptionally knowledgeable about the ramifications of the accident and how it would relate to my experience with my insurance company. He offerred valuable insight and advice that never would have occurred to me. Secondly, and perhaps more surprisingly, before they began to pull the bus out they got some duct tape and covered up the name on the side of the bus. That was extremely thoughtful, because of course the social media paparazzi materialized to document the moment for the internet, and because of their foresight, at least what got plastered on social media wasn't a negative billboard for my business at the time, and would have made a terrible experience even more so. I will always be thankful for that and am extremely comfortable in recommending them for any of your towing needs.”

“Was looking for a shop to fix my Elantra after my 4th call of the morning, they were able to look at it and were dispatched by CAA to pick it up. It was fixed up the same day. Thanks for your fast work! I was able to make it home after visiting with family in the area.”
