Coffee is good. It’s the only boutique-style spot in town, which makes it easy for many to give it 5 stars. That said, the service could use improvement—especially when it comes to accommodating customer preferences. For example, if you want your drink without sugar, they only offer semi-sweet. If you prefer water instead of milk, that’s not an option either. Overall, the café feels like it takes itself a bit too seriously, and more flexibility would go a long way in creating a better customer experience.

The coffee is excellent! I really like it because you can see how they make it, and they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Watching the process makes the experience even better.

The barista made a wonderful cortado. Their bagels and cream cheese are very yummy. Nice vibe to the cafe, all are welcome. For first thing upon opening, the washroom ought to have been cleaned.

I’m sorry, but how can someone be so unpleasant? Not even a hello or a smile! Just dirty looks because I have a service dog with me, it’s honestly outrageous. I won’t be spending my money here.

The coffee here is delicious and fresh, and they're always coming up with seasonal concoctions to try. Their naked goods are tasty, and the decor inside is so bright and welcoming. I've purchased their beans to take home, too.
