The customer service was excellent. I really appreciate that. They will do a tuneup when a new bike has been purchased there and ridden for a number of kilometers. This goes beyond what is regularly expected, and makes our family return customers.

Brett went over the top to please us.....friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative I could think of is that he could use more staff. The store seems to be pack every time I visited.
