I recommend seeing George, the pharmacist at this location. He helped me with mine and my daughter’s pink eye. Obviously not a life-threatening issue, but I really feel that he went above and beyond, from providing us with a quick prescription (for me it was 10mins before closing) to personally calling to follow up, not once but twice because my symptoms started the day after my daughters. I felt as though he genuinely cared about my time and our well-being. Hard to come by these days.

I get all my prescriptions here. All the pharmacists are great, especially George.
Reminds me of the community vibe I grew up back in the day.
Tracey is one of those reps who remembers your name and helps you find your stuff when I can't find it.
As an athletic coach, my clients go to this location because I know the pharmacy team is friendly and dependable.

I love this location. I no longer live close by but will make the drive to purchase my products here and say hi to the staff. Tracey provides the best customer service I have experienced in years. Remember the good old days, when people remembered your name, your needs, and went out of their way to greet you and say hello? That's Tracey.
As a clinician, I send all my clients to this location because I know the pharmacy team is stellar, and the store manager is an amazing human.

The pharmacy team is amazing. They are dedicated to the health of each client and take the time and care that we need in this day and age. George in particular has been stellar for both myself and my clients; his genuine care and extensive knowledge is so impactful that I will drive the extra mile to get my scripts filled at this location. Amazing team, truly. 6 stars.

Pharmacy Team has helped us out multiple times in a pinch. Drive through pick up is super convenient. Staff are always friendly and ready to help; store is always clean and well stocked.

The store owner of the (shop) (not the pharmacy) failed to respect my rights as a consumer. When I went inside the store "yesterday" (not to shop) but to assist two first nations elderly ladies with lifting their products and carrying them out of the store for them. All three of us were publicly humiliated and treated unfairly over a misunderstanding!! She was quite rude!!!You as as a shopper should know your rights. If you feel the store owner has treated you unfairly in any way or has made a deliberate attempt to publicly humiliate you in any way...know these rights. You do have legal rights!What are the 8 basic rights of a consumer?The eight consumer rights are: Right to basic needs, Right to safety, Right to information, Right to choose, Right to representation, Right to redress, Right to consumer education, and Right to healthy environment.What are my rights as a consumer in Canada?The right to be informed. The right to fair treatment. The right to take action when treated unfairly. The right to protect your interests.

I have always had a very positive experience with the pharmacists here! I also received both Covid vaccines and they were very professional and caring in what was a stressful situation for all. They have a fairly large case of refrigerated products- almond milk, eggs, ice, all the basics. Great snack selection as well. My favourite part of this store has got to be the magazine selection! It’s the place to go for magazines in Southampton and often has more and better selection then the stores in Port. Highly recommend if you are looking for recent issues or something new to take to the beach! I have been getting prescriptions filled here for some time and would simply advise to call the day before you need it. That is what I do and have always been answered on the phone, very friendly and helpful, and then available for pick up the next day. They will even call your doctor for you to request refills on prescriptions when you run out. I have been very happy with the service here. I would advise picking up in-person in-store instead of the drive through when possible for quickest service. That said, the drive through is a great feature especially from an accessibility standpoint so it’s good to have the option! It’s walkable from the Main Street and good to have a pharmacy in town. They have both self-checkout and a regular counter. Fully accessible building. Great local pharmacy!

Always disappointing, some of the staff is quite rude. Never can depend on the prescription being ready, even when you call. Was happy to switch to another pharmacy.

3 times they told me when to pick up my prescription and 3 times it wasn’t ready when I arrived. I will NOT be back. Also their blister packs for medications suck! They also lied to me. Told me they don’t make up blister packs on site and then told me a few days later to wait while they make it up. Sorry but I can’t trust a lying pharmacist.

Very clean, bright and well organized store!I’m not from this area so I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They offered to help me choose the best products for my needs and the pharmacist, Ranjith, was extremely knowledgeable in helping me choose the best supplement for my migraines.All in all a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Rexall Southampton!

THIS DESERVES A -5 RATING.I call to refill a prescription by specific product name and was told I could pick it up in the afternoon. At home, I opened the package. Wrong prescription. I called back and explained. The reply I received..."oh, you left the store. There is nothing we can do." So, rather than explain to me my refills had expired, they took it upon themselves to make a substitution. So now I have meds that I didn't request. All their error.Check your prescriptions in front of them at the counter.So terrible
