“Recently purchased a Whirlpool Fridge and stove combo. Got a decent price on buying both considering the tariff B.S. Took a few weeks to get which was difficult especially since my stove quit working. My only complaint is the fridge door closing was not adjusted by the adjusters on the floor for self closing. Was very difficult for myself being handicapped with back and other issues but after 3 days I finally managed to get it done. Should be an automatic by the delivery crew.”

“Everything went smoothly except for delivery being 2 hours outside of the window before I got any kind of notification that it will be late. Being told they are running behind during the window would have been better customer service. I understand things happen out of their control such as traffic, but just keeping up the communication about the status is what I expected, yet did not receive.”
