Instead of just booking an appointment and easily taking whatever amount of money it would have costed to tell me the solution, Sal walked me through, step by step, over the phone on how to get my gas fireplace to work. It’s now working exactly how it’s meant to and it didn’t cost me a penny.

“Recently purchased a Whirlpool Fridge and stove combo. Got a decent price on buying both considering the tariff B.S. Took a few weeks to get which was difficult especially since my stove quit working. My only complaint is the fridge door closing was not adjusted by the adjusters on the floor for self closing. Was very difficult for myself being handicapped with back and other issues but after 3 days I finally managed to get it done. Should be an automatic by the delivery crew.”
