On the day I went in - Fri Dec 15th. There was a helpful person in the change rooms. Found me find my size when I didn't see it.& then I kept the jeans on I wanted to buy and wear immediately for work and figured I could just pay and leave but there is security tags obvv that they need to take off and they cant do it when you are wearing the jeans lmaoo but the awesome woman at the front cash helped take the security tag off with me in the jeans still so i wouldnt have to go change again!! and helped me cash out quick when I was being one of those "running super late" people. If I ever get their names I'll edit this to add them.Sorry for being that customer? and thank you for being so kind about it.

Ardene at the Pen centre is quite big. Lots of variety and very aesthetically pleasing. Very well organized. Good deals.Nice employees.

Love the store itself! My husband and I visited this location today for the 1st time and an employee followed us through out the entire store for about 35 minutes. It was crazy. After we made a purchase she still followed right to the doors until we walked out LOL If you're a woman of colour steer clear. I was embaressed for the employee...girl give your head a shake. I suggest better training should be provided considering the little teeny bopper beside us shoved a swim top down her shirt LOLWhat a horrible retail expericance.

I like coming here for small things, like accessories, they are trendy and so much cheaper in price than other places.Edit: It's better that they moved locations in the mall. The last spot was way too tight, now it's very open which makes it easier to take your time and look.

When I went in on 4/8/2023 - no one greeted me or smiled. Not one employee was out working the floors asking if customers needed help (the employees were more interested in side conversation behind the counter) and when I got to the cash - the cashier was super miserable and didn't even say hello or engage in conversation. Pretty poor customer service at this location. What a bummer.

Awful customer service. I smile and say hi. The same attendant gives me a dirty unwelcoming look and keeps walking.On top of all that, I was stupid enough to still buy clothes from them, and they didn't remove the tag.
