I'm giving this place no stars because they sold me a computer that could not handle all the programs they gave me on it, the computer was advertised comes with this and that and s mode even the and the kitchen sink aswell but the computer simply couldn't handle this much stuff and the cpu was going absolutely nuts my friend that works on computers nearly had a heart attack and had to reinstall fresh from the factory windows 11 now it runs like a dream thanks to him

Sam from the customer service department, but with her background in computers and laptops was exemplary and I will be back because I expect that kind of service from every man, but it took a woman with a background in gaming to meet all of my needs and to ensure I got the information I required to leave Bestbuy as a happy customer. Thank-you Sam!

Bought some earphones from Best Buy and tried to use them once I found out they don't work at all. Tried to return, and they wouldn't allow it. Customer service was insulting and unwilling to even exchange for a gift card or anything. Wouldn't have this problem on Amazon. Just sucks all the wasted time and money and being stiff armed by customer service power tripping on customers.

Great service , salesperson was very helpful!!Sales people are very reluctant to ask if you’re buying today and budget !! Very key questions people are busy and can shop from home ( click ready ) which of course we were .I understand Best Buy is hourly but you are there all day better to be selling no matter what the item is .Wanted a new laptop, that was in stock and ready to go , good price and quality .

Best Buy has been sending me early morning email around 5 or 6 AM for over a year now on an almost daily basisI called them and asked them to stop the emails kept continuingI went into the store a year ago in person and went to the customer service counter and they assured me the phone calls but we continue on for the next 45 days until they can update their systemThe emails didn't stop after 45 days I'm still getting themI've been getting harassed on an almost daily basis by Best Buy with these stupid emails that I don't even need or wantI tried unsubscribing that doesn't workI keep blocking them and sending them to junk mail they just open up a new email address and send it from a new accountCan't stop the emails that's why just wants to keep harassing me they don't seem to care that they're standing them at 5 and 6 AM in the morning and making my phone ding wake me upThis is a terrible company they suck they don't care about customers at all if it did care I wouldn't be receiving these emails a full year later after I tried to resolve this

Biggest waste of time, nobody knows anything. They need to Google your questions which I could just do myself. They don’t know their own product or details about it. If you plan on buying something research before and maybe buy online going to the store is just stupid.

Excellent experience with the staff working in the cellphone department. Both Andrea and Ethan were fantastic in supporting us with finding a new plan that fits our needs. Both staff members were personable and we did not feel pressured. They explained the packages being offered and answered other questions that we had.

I arrived in the later part of the store's hours and found out the staff for major appliances had already gone home. I asked for help and was sent Abdul. (From a totally different department). He was incredibly kind and patient. He sat with me for nearly 2 hours! He went through all of my options and helped me pick out the perfect products. When I told him what my target price rage was, he worked hard to get me my dream appliances at a decent price! He even provided me with some pretty major discounts! Thank you Abdul! ? Go to best buy and be sure to ask for Abdul!

Took my computer in two weeks ago to get repaired as it was less then a year old and was flickering and glitching out multiple times a week when in use. It took almost two full weeks to get repaired and when I decided to pick it up after getting notification it was delivered, best buy told me it was likely delivered somewhere else because they couldn't find my computer anywhere. The best buy supervisor said it was MY responsibility to track the computer down and file a claim through UPS, not sure how since they misplaced it while in possession of the computer. It was then found at the front of the store away from the geek squad desk. Poor customer service on their part, will be going elsewhere for my electronics in the future.

Absolutely ridiculous. I went to this store and the associate sold us on the idea of purchasing an item to be ordered by them and shipped to our house as they did not have the item in store. I told the associate this item was needed ASAP and he assure me it would arrive in 2 days. Now 2 days later I call customer service as my order has not arrived and I haven't gotten a shipment email. Only to be told "oh haha that 2 day thing was when best buy wasn't busy, your package hasn't even been shipped yet you probably won't get it till next week". I would've taken my money and gotten the item elsewhere if I knew I had to wait a week to get it! Couldn't even cancel the order or anything I'm just expected to sit and wait until they decide to make the delivery in their own time. It will be my last purchase. I'll use Amazon from here on. Absolutely ridiculous!

I got a gel screen protector from you guys, and finally needed it replaced. Lifetime warranty, and geek squad was supposed to install it.Guess what, your going to charge me for the install now? Not happening.I'm going to have to replace this screen protector 7 time to get it as clean as geek squad and I'm not paying for the install, but you'll pay for the tempered screen until I get it right.

Wish I could give 0 starts. Don't shop here. Go to Canada Computers.I saw a laptop on sale I wanted. I went in to buy it, they didn't have any in stock. They looked and saw one in Hamilton. I was told order it online and it'll be delivered in a couple days. So I did. I'm now stuck in the worst customer service experience I have ever had! Basically The other store shipped the computer with Purolator. A Purolator employee stole the package (yes, it's documented that an employee stole it) But they refuse to admit it. I call Bestbuy to ask for them to fix the situation and refund me. They say they'll look into it and get back to me in 24h. Never do! I call again, now I'm told I have to wait 2 weeks while they 'investigate'. Meanwhile I have no computer and they won't refund my money.Needless to say, I will never shop at Bestbuy again and I strongly discourage anyone from shopping here when there are better, more honest businesses around.

LAZY STAFF. I walked into the store and was amazed at the 6 employees huddled together at the desk. One did ask me if I needed help, but she could barely look at me as she asked. I then went back 2 more times to try and get help. When I did get someone to assist me, they were useless. I can get better help from the Uber driver.

Friendly service, nice layout of the store, good selection but honestly not a great selection. I was looking g for a laptop and found nothing but underwhelming and overpriced machines when there, but the other stuff I was not looking for was on sale and looked very cool and unique. Fun store for unique things, but maybe not for exactly what you need

We had the best experience at Best Buy purchasing our microwave oven. We went to the Best Buy in Tacoma as our microwave went on the fritz. We ran into an employee there named Casandra who was simply amazing. She guided us thru the process of purchasing the microwave and the trim kit and when they didn't have the trim kit in stock at Best Buy, she helped us navigate different places other than Best Buy, where it was in stock so we could get our microwave installed ASAP( kind of like in Miracle on 34th Street when Santa Claus would refer people to Gimbels if it wasn't in stock at Macy's). My hats are off to Best Buy and CASANDRA, who I will buy all my appliances from in the future.
