Thank you, CC Auto! My 2008 Pontiac wouldn’t crank or start before. I had already spent hundreds of dollars and a lot of time at Canadian Tire without success. Tim professionally diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the repair options and charges, and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price.
This family-run shop offers both friendly customer service and excellent mechanical expertise. I’ve been driving my car for several days since the repair, and the issue hasn’t returned. I highly recommend CC Auto for their honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing.

I would like to thank the service team for the high-quality and professional repair of my BMW X1. All the warning lights started flashing on the dashboard, and the car was behaving unpredictably. The car had a complex electrical failure, which caused other services to refuse to take action. The specialists quickly ran a diagnostic, identified the real cause of the issue, and resolved it efficiently.
I especially appreciated their attentive customer service — everything was explained clearly, without unnecessary jargon, and I was kept informed at every stage of the repair. Tim and his staff are very professional, quick and polite. They get the job done right in very reasonable amount of money.
