Today went to purchase a 2015 Jetta with 125km… Previously I worked as a business manager at 3 dealerships. Which I immediately told “unnamed”salesman. The only concern being something didn’t add up. Why do they have this Jetta with those low Km’s.. The only question was where did you get the car from. He told me he “thought” it was bought at a Performance car group. Told me he would call the owner”Paul”…The min”Paul” answered the phone the sales representative said “Which Performance group did you buy this Jetta from… Obv I can’t hear Paul’s response of no it came from………Forget the guy said there’s no way they would keep it on the VW lot… That would depend on a lot of variables one being they don’t sell cars over 10yrs old on the lot. Knowing that to be true sometimes when the Km’s are low not 10yrs old. They are keeping the car on their own lot!!. Now he’s lied about not keeping the car as it was over 10yrs old which it absolutely is not 10yrs old!!! First lie!! Now I know what I’m dealing with, told him to please get me the paperwork that the vehicle was purchased at Performance group…Imagine this owner goes away now he is going to pull the invoice as now he remembers he can do it… Now head office won’t answer the phone to fax or email it over but they were not answering the phone. Literally sat in front of this man staring in his eyes for 15 mins watching him squirming in his chair!!!. While the other salesman was laughing they were going to get to repossess a vehicle. They thought that was great I didn’t!!!… What would you think

Let me tell you that my experience with Matt was the best ever!! From the sale to the aftersales service he was A1. I ran into a trouble with the warranty and Matt was assisting me every step of the way. Even on a day off he would make sure that i get updated with the situation. In October 2023, I purchased a 2012 Tacoma with a tow package, a highly sought after gropuping of accessories. I flew from Halifax to Toronto then via 'taxi', got to St. Catherine's. The truck is all I hoped it would be. There were two tiny issues, that Matt De Marco, my salesman helped me with. I was fully reimbursed for my costs. To receive this kind of service both before the sale and especially after the sale, in today's absurd world is above and beyond. Many thanks!

I enquired about a 2013 Dodge Journey CVP on Friday of last week,and it was available on both their website still and at the dealership. I asked if the dealership could let me know if anything changed and the car sold,to let me know. I went to the dealership this morning, only to be told the car was sold an hour ago........I'm not upset about the sale,after all the guy e transferred money for the car,I'm upset that nobody within that hour,let me know the vehicle sold,meaning I wasted a trip. I also found who I assumed was the manager,to be very rude.Communication is the most important aspect of customer relations and without that, the customer will look elsewhere.

We recently purchased an E350 Passenger van for our driver's from Certified. It was low pressure and sales process was easy. The price and condition were great. A items noticed about the vehicle were corrected before we picked it up. Nice work Certified !

Great place very fair prices and awsome service the guys were very helpful and did a great job getting me all set up in a new to me truck i am very happy with everything they have done ! I had an issue that needed to be fixed trough warranty and matt and lee did everything possible to get it taken care of for me and that to me is the most important thing when purchasing a vehicle or anything for that matter the most important thing to me is how you get treated once you have made the purchase these guys never let me down i think this is my 3rd or 4th vehicle i have bought from certified and i have had great experience with them all !rock solid job guys you really know how to take care of your customers !

I decided to make a change and finance my first car in August 2021, this was the third place I went to while car shopping. Matt and lee and staff go above and beyond to make sure you get what you’re looking for and the car I chose to get has still been standing strong since then. This dealer is a terrible one. They sell the terrible vehicle which you will regret to get one from. My situation is that they provide a CARFAX report which you can't believe. The report shows the odometer of the vehicle was rolled back. After I disclose this to them, they just do something with CARFAX and the report was altered and shows nothing wrong. It is an amazing job, CARFAX can generate two totally different report for a same vehicle. Which one can be trusted? You know the answer!!Secondly, I go to the Toyota for safety inspection for a long trip. The engine was leaking coolant all the times. If I didn't do this and went to the long trip, then the terrible thing was going to happen. I can't even image the situation. After negotiation, they ask me to pay the half of the repair fee which is over 2000. Do you willing to purchase a vehicle like this one? They know the problem and don't disclose the real situation. Then mark the contact "As-is". How convenient to sell a vehicle with such serious issue and with no risk. If you are willing to pay more money for a used vehicle, then you should go to this dealer. It is guaranty that you will get one with serious issues and cost you more and more money. Good Luck!!!

Usually I HATE car dealerships because of pushy salesmen and the secret fees and shady way of business but these guys changed my mindset. I drove by and saw the car that I wanted, I went by later they were happy to help, very transparent and helpful without being pushy!Lee and Matt were both super easy to talk to and informative and ended up giving me a good deal on my trade-in. They made the trade super easy and I drove away with a sweet deal on a great car! I would HIGHLY recommend going here if you're in the market for a car!

I had a great experience buying our 2007 GMC Sierra 2500. We drove over two hours to look at this truck and it was in great condition. We completed the sale and everything went very smoothly. A few weeks after buying the truck we had an issue with the driveshaft and I had to have the vehicle repaired at a shop near my home. Certified Affordable Cars honored their powertrain warranty and sent me a cheque to cover the cost of the repair. I have now driven almost 10,000km pulling my 5th wheel trailer and the truck has been great. These guys know what good customer service is and are very honest to deal with. Thank you!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Lee at Certified Affordable Cars. Lee was the total opposite of what my wife and I have dealt with at other dealerships. Of particular importance to us is that we were treated like valued customers even though we might not have been making a purchase. Lee's honestly was immediately evident. And so was his willingness to help us find the right vehicle for us. His intention was not to try to put us in a vehicle that wasn't to our budget, or to persuade us into buying something out of our style. While we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle on this particular visit, I am confident we will find our next vehicle with Lee. If you are in the market for a new-used vehicle, I would definitely recommend a trip to their lot.
