Chapters is a great store with a great selection of fashion books and sections for board games and mystery books. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly in every department. They are wonderful at running well-organized and fair events for new releases and collectables. The attached Starbucks offers delicious drinks and treats, though the seating area is described as cavernous and cold. Customers find the staff incredibly helpful for specific interests like Horse and Horseback Riding books and DnD campaigns, and many plan to return for more shopping.
