The store offers great quality clothing but the online system is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my order to “process” and am left without several presents as nothing has been updated or delivered to date. Now half the order has shown up the rest is out of stock and I have yet to be reimbursed. I’m never dealing with Cleo online again

I was very disapointed with my recent visit to this store. The staff were too busy chatting with each other to offer any help. As I was cashed out, I was asked if I wanted a bag for $0.35... I said yes since I didn't have any bags on me to add my purchase to but the bag I was charged for didn't even belong to Cleo... I was charged for a bag from a different store, no explanation given. I assume that the store is going out of business.

Today I met nice lady ( Christin )at store .
She helped me for clothing selection for my mom .
She was very very polite and helpful .

The staff are the best. Always friendly and engaged.
I am sad that Cleo is closing. It is my favourite ladies clothing store.

Sorry to see that you are going out of business. I have shopped at Cleo’s for years. I shopped at the Welland On store more as it is closer to where I live. Sorry that closed and has now reopened but the quality is not the same as years before. Actually I believe that is one of the issues with Cleo’s. I hear a lot of friends say how cheap the quality is now. I realize it is difficult to keep the pricing down, however years ago the pricing was reasonable but still much better quality was sold. Nice cotton blouses now are hard to come by any more. Tailored suits made of nice material. You sell the bud in poor quality material.
Good luck to those that are losing their jobs.it will not post.

I ordered online to pick up my purchase at the store to save the cost of shipping. It was at the store where I learned the store was closing permanently. The staff were lovely despite having to deliver this message to a store full of shoppers. Very disappointed

Cleo has always been a favourite store for my work attire, especially the selection and price. I regularly found pieces that coordinated well with each other. I am disappointed that another clothing store is closing.

Great experience at Cleo’s. Shopping with my mother 86. Olivia the saleswoman was awesome. Paid attention to what my mother wanted. Had my mom sit down and Olivia brought clothes to her that she thought she would like. We were very impressed with this young lady. Compassionate and respectful. Wonderful shopping experience ?
