Napa has had grafiti on their garage door facing maple street residence at maple , Niagara, and Welland Ave area for over a year ! They seem to be fine with having zero respect for thier neibours on Maple. One of the homeowners used his own paint to cover it up finally !! I guess the city of St. catharines also doesn't give a crap this what we have to put up with with this business.Do better Napa !!! You're not a starving business !!!

Order part I needed for a job, said it would be in on said date .. went to pick it up and they said we didn’t call and order!!!! Very rude told us no use arguing it doesn’t make the part appear!!! never again you lost a good customer

Limited selection, didn't have air filters for masks, their spraymax 2k cans are almost all expired and got told that it's "suggestion". Cans say 36 months from production date and the cans are marked 2015. Seems like product sitting in warehouse and shelves forever, come prepared and check to save the trip

I went to pick-up my spouses pre-paid order this morning at the 219 Welland Ave location and to my surprise our order was given to someone else & I was accused of being a scam artist, a liar & was yelled at to get off the property. I was extremely mistreated by a man & a women both wearing Napa Uniform shirts. I don't know the mans name but the women name was Jannette. I also asked for the owners name and # which Janette wouldn't provide me with. The man told me I could call the cops & get a lawyer and kept walking closer to me, while yelling at me until I got into my car to leave. The women was doing the same thing, neither of them trying to listen to me to help the situation when I was just an innocent girlfriend going to pick up our product that WE BOUGHT and I kept trying to tell them that were repeated customers and buy all the time from them.. The women told me to check myself and make sure I'm not dating a liar or scam artist because they were convinced that one or both of us were lying. When they found out I wasn't lying the women told me well how was I supposed to know that?.... Customer service is SO IMPORTANT, these were grown adults. They didn't try at all to listen to me or help rectify the situation in the beginning... it was almost instantly they turned on me and started calling me a liar & when they found out what happened the apology came with a "well how was I supposed to know you weren't lying?" I cannot believe the way I was treated today & truly hope people read this and don't go to this location.

The woman who answers the phone needs an attitude adjustment. Short tempered and rude will never deal with them again. There’s other paint suppliers that are easier to deal with.
