My mechanic referred me to Sam Agostino as I am fairly new to the city and was unsure who to trust. I did not feel any pressure from Sam who was incredibly patient and kind. I test-drove quite a number of cars (sorry Sam) as I was uncertain about what to buy. I bought a 2020 Venue with only 12K's on it! With a great deal and good trade-in value for my old car, I can confidently recommend CMH for whatever your car needs are.

The purchasing process was really smooth and fast. I bought a 2021 VW Passat from CMH. However, the after sales service is nothing but disappointing. I got the gold package with the vehicle which covers a lot of vehicle services but I am not able to avail any. Their work shop operates only on weekdays till 5 pm. I work a corporate job and the only way I can get an appointment from CMH is by taking a day off from work. It's hard to understand why such a big dealership can't have their workshop operate on any of the weekends. There are several auto servicing in centers which are open on weekends, even on only appointment basis.

Bought my truck almost 3yrs ago from CMH. So no questions to come back to replace Wife's 09 caravan. Adam was great to deal with as well As Graham sales manager both were very helpful and went above and beyond in helping us. We found a beautiful 2018 ford edge. Couldn't be happier.
