I had my dog with me.. and the older lady with short white hair and glasses was just immediately cold and had a “get out” attitude. There are absolutely no signs about dogs. So maybe try putting one up? And maybe take an approach of “hi I’m so sorry but we don’t actually allow dogs in here” instead of your cold, rude tone. To paying customers. There are SO many other dollar trees and dollaramas that have staff that are welcoming and lovely to talk with. If you’d like a pleasant experience, go to another one.

The little darker girl working there is extremely ignorant . Been there 3 separate occasions, & I’ve been in the process of checkout , & my items are on the belt , loading them up ready to pay & checkout , & she basically asserts herself into making me step aside to cash someone else out who IS BEHIND ME who left the register to go grab additional items , or they just have one item & they are standing behind me waiting to cash out , but she will literally bump me aside as I’m still loading items out from my cart , make me wait at the end of the register with my unpaid items in the cart , practically shuffles me out of the way like I don’t matter & then I have to back up & proceed to checking out to deal with someone else’s incompetence?? I have people waiting on me , & I don’t have time for other peoples shenanigans, this is a business where other people exist & have stuff to do with their own lives , not fart around waiting on an incompetent cashier all day , VERY disrespectful & disappointing , DO BETTER !

I approached a sales person to ask where something was in the store. I asked my question and he turned and walked away, went to the front office. When he came out, I saw he was going back to the area he had been stocking shelves in and again asked him if he could help me. This time, he got his coat off a rack, AND WALKED AWAY AGAIN!! No eye contact. He walked outside, came back in with a notepad and returned to the front office. I now stood in line only to ask again where I might find what I needed. A cashier said aisle 5. I looked and didn't see what I needed. I conveyed my disbelief to the cashier about my experience before I left. I'm sure it was not forwarded to the manager. I'm sure business is not that good in these times and to be paying someone who outright ignored a customer standing directly beside them is a waste of company money. Dollarama got my business today instead. That was my first and last time in your store.

Typical dollar store. Inexpensive items. Okay quality. Carry similar items to Dollarama but with some differences. Friendly cashier.

Current lockdown orders limit what you can buy to food and personal care items. Which was disappointing when I went to buy a strainer when mine broke and the gov't has decided it's not an essential item during a pandemic.

The store is good however the staff working there have absolutely zero customer service skills and that is unacceptable. One of the cranky ladies even swore at me.

It is located in a plaza so there is plenty of parking. What I like about Dollar Tree is that everything is $1.25, unlike Dollarama. They accept VISA and MasterCard but not AMEX.The staff are courteous.I found a few items that I haven't seen other places. They have all kinds of Voortman bakery items. They also have the smallest tin box of Danish Style Butter Cookies I've ever seen! There are also USB-C cables that I 'be never seen at other dollar stores.
