Zack was absolutely amazing! My mother and i were calling the Dollarama stores looking for a specific item and Zack went above and beyond assisting us in our search! He was very considerate and was willing to let us know all the locations in proximity to his own to ease our trip as well as keep up with the amount of the product we had and needed! He made sure to hold the items we needed and made sure to give us ample time to pick up as we do not live in the area! His customer service was amazing and we were thoroughly impressed! Zack deserves true recognition for his customer service. I would give a million stars if i could! Thank you Zack!!

I would give 0 stars if I could...On August 24th I came in to purchase some things I needed that totaled around $20. When I went to pay I only had a $100 bill and was told they don't accept $100 bills. I told them this wasn't legal and the manager was brought out. She also said they don't accept $100 bills. When I again said that wasn't legal she said she "knows what's legal cause she works there". When I questioned that logic she told me she had a lawyer in her family and asked if I wanted to speak with them. Needless to say they took my $100 bill and gave me my change. I said thank you and as I walked away the manager said "Yeah, whatever!" to which I replied "Why are YOU angry?"To manager: Grow up!! Telling me you have a lawyer in the family? What are you 6 years old?? I was there to purchase products from your store. I paid for those products and you still made rude remarks. You should not manage anything. Seriously, grow up!!

This is my dollar store. Super close near by, the staff are always friendly, welcoming and the shelves are always stocked. Pretty clean as well.
