We are in the midst of a complete to-the-studs renovation of our home and have dealt with many contractors and companies along the 8+ month journey. One of the few bright spots (pun intended) has been dealing with Don’s Lighthouse. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, quick to respond to calls and emails, and has been great helping us with 2 after-sales support issues. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Quality lighting fixtures with a large selection. We have made many purchases at Don’s Lighthouse from garden accent lighting to stylish interior lighting. Highly recommend you pay them a visit next time you are in the market for lighting.

This place saved our butt! Me and my husband do home renovations. When we are painting we drop the lights down from the ceiling. Well the home owner accidentally threw out the screws to hang the light. Well with just a picture we they were able to give me 2 screws that fit!! I thought we were on a wild goose chase! Lol Thanks again team!! We will be back just for the great service!

I purchased outdoor light tape (Dals Connect) from Don's about 2 years ago and one section of the tape quit working. Wouldn't you know it, I saved all the paperwork except for my original receipt. I phoned Don's, spoke to a very professional employee who found my purchase on their computers and ordered a replacement part right away. That's what I would call top-notch customer service. I would definitely refer anyone who asked me to this store for any lighting need.

Everyone of the staff are always willing to help you. They don’t just help find a light, they help you design, shape the space and add a piece of jewelry to your home. Local service in Niagara and area is unmatched but they also help when you live on the other side of the country like my situation.
