Very helpful staff. I'm looking at purchasing a specialty PPG paint (Breakthrough) to paint the concrete floor in my basement laundry room, and all of my questions were answered. It's a huge DIY project, and I've done my homework. The staff person I spoke to took the time to show me the store's floor that has been painted with this particular paint. I'll be buying the paint at this store as soon as I finish the prep work.

Lacking in customer service.April 10, 2021 placed and paid for order over the phone for curbside pickup. Advised to call when at store and they will bring out the order.Called store upon arrival to advise I’m there to pick up order but was put on hold which is expected if busy. After five minutes another car pulls in and within a minute their order comes out and they’re on their way. Few minutes later another customer rolls in, minute later their order comes out and they’re on their way. Try to call out to the employee that brought out The other customers order but was ignored. Then another customer arrives and their order is brought out right away. Now I’ve been on phone hold for 15 minutes. This time when I ask the employee (female) why it’s taking so long to get service when three other customers that arrived after me have already received their orders while I’m still on hold, she “barks” back they are busy and those were all preorders being picked up. When I advised mine was a preorder as well she just turned and walked into the store.After that interaction I decided to leave the parking lot but remained on hold. After another minute a gentleman finally picked up the call as I was driving away. I advised him, as I did the woman in the parking lot, to just cancel my order.Fortunately, there are other paint store options such as Benjamin Moore down the street that know the meaning of customer service.
