This store is amazing. I came in to buy a dress for someone's wedding and the ladies who were working (unfortunately I do not remember their names :( ... ) were an amazing help. They offered to take my dresses to the dressing rooms for me, grabbed me different items they thought would look nice on me in my size and even helped me decide which dress I liked. This was a 10/10 experience as they were so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping here and I would love to come again!

I went in feeling a little insecure bc of things not fitting well in other stores then I walk in here… the staff was so amazing. The ladies were hyping me up to no end. Made me feel so beautiful the whole time and we’re so helpful. My new favourite store in the mall!

My daughter and I had an amazing shopping experience at Eclipse at Pen Centre St. Catherines! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm and stylish atmosphere. The clothing collection is absolutely fantastic—trendy, high-quality, and perfect for any occasion.
A huge shoutout to Yanique, the store manager, who made our visit extra special. It truly felt like we had a personal shopper assigned to us! She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable, making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. I originally wasn’t planning on buying anything for myself, but I couldn’t resist—I ended up leaving with a few great pieces too!
If you're looking for a top-notch shopping experience, Eclipse at Pen Centre St. Catherines is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!

I went shopping with my 11 year old daughter today and we stopped into Eclipse. Our experience was fabulous! The woman who helped us was so personable, friendly and helpful, my daughter just loved her! (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) My daughter said it was the most fun she has ever had shopping and she loved how much time and effort was given to help her choose the best outfits! Shockingly, I even ended up buying a dress for myself which is something I rarely ever do but the dress the associate picked out for me was lovely and fit beautifully! Thank you so much for the amazing experience and my daughter and I look forward to returning!

My friend and I went into this store on June 24th to find some new business casual clothes for her, we frequently visit this store when we’re in the mall and love our experience every time. However, this time our visit was AMAZING. The ladies on shift (I’m so sorry I forgot their names) were so incredibly helpful and it felt like my friend had her own personal style consultants! She basically found a whole new wardrobe there for her new job just from their help alone. I was blown away by the attention, enthusiasm, and overall helpfulness we received while we were there. Definitely will visit this store every time we can in the future!!! Thanks again to those lovely ladies!

The service is excellent here. The prices are a bit high but the sales are a really good deal. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Love the lady with the long black hair. She’s a sweetheart.

The one thing that really stands out in this store compared to all the others is the genuine kind service you get right from walking in the door. They’re always so nice, friendly, helpful, and the vibes are always so positive!I came in here last week and bought a beautiful black dress for a work Christmas party this year and it was exactly what I was looking for. The girls were so nice, complimenting the dress on me and giving honest feedback which is appreciated!Just one thing - too many sparkles.. I know it’s Christmas time.. but not everyone wants to look like a shimmery disco ball in every colour... Glitter everywhere.

This store has the friendliest, most amazing staff!! I have a hard time picking out clothes for myself, and every time I’ve gone into Eclipse the staff have helped me find something that I’m really excited about. Great selection of affordable smart casual workwear, and the friendliness/helpfulness of staff makes this the first store I go to when I’m looking for something new for work.

Every time I’ve come here the service has been absolutely incredible. All the workers are so friendly, outgoing, positive, kind & helpful. This store provides the best customer service I have ever experienced - every single time. Addy helped us today and was amazing. Prices are very reasonable as well and everything is great quality. Cant recommend this store enough.
