In the last few years service has been lacking and my interaction with them in the past couple days has been horrible. They told me I didn’t pay for something when I was looking at the invoice. They never want to honour warranty items. So glad I’m done with them. I’ll not be back!! They are getting one star because no star isn’t an option.

Very happy with our experience with Ed Learn Ford fleet services. Our 2017 converted Ford Transit camper van needed both exhaust manifolds replaced. This repair was time sensitive as we were in the middle of a family road trip. The fleet services manager got us an appointment and began repairs immediately. Very happy with the service. We will definitely return for future repairs and service.

I have had many cars serviced at Ed Learn Ford. I had trust in the service department all this time. My son, who is in his twenty's, recently went in for an oil change. The service advisor told him he is in need of rear trailing arm bushings, rear lateral links and rear shocks. My son called me and I advised him we will get a second opinion. The person who gave us an honest second opinion is a red seal mechanic with twenty years of experience; he advised us there is nothing wrong with the rear trailing arm bushings, rear lateral links and rear shocks. I am disappointed with our findings. Like I said, in the past I had trust in this dealership...I do not now :(

worst ugly unprofessional experience i had to deal with .....brought truck for service while there truck vandalized ....windows smashedreturned truck still with damage and original complaint not resolved over 41/2 monthsservice manager and advisors very condescending and full of untruths and broken agreements ....extremely unprofessional !!done with them after a 4 1/2 month fiasco and now truthfully done with ford thanks to this dealership...ridiculous place... highly recommend not the visit or purchase anything from themworst dealership ive ever been in

Very frustrated, been trying for 7Months to have a problem with my heated seat repaired. They’ve had my car in the shop six times and still not fixed. Yesterday I had an appointment which was made two weeks ago and they were unable to honour it because apparently “paying customers” come before warranty issue customers.
