The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The fruits were super fresh, and the decoration was absolutely beautiful, everything was arranged perfectly and looked amazing. You can tell they put a lot of care and effort into their work. I totally loved the overall experience and would highly recommend this place. Will definitely be coming back!

My experience today was top notch. I picked up my order in person and was welcomed with big smiles and a delicious sample of my choice of either a chocolate covered apple, banana or pineapple... Amazing! The couple who run this location are so welcoming and friendly! The freshness & quality of my order was also perfect. I will be sure to include this indulgence 'stop' for all my special occasions.

Service was great. Very helpful with a last minute pick up. The value was not great. A small 4 slice chocolate cake with 4 chocolate dipped strawberries was about $70 all in and that was for pick up. Tasted like a regular grocery store cake.

Very difficult to understand person who answered the phone. I also had to repeat myself many times because her first language was obviously not English. Very frustrating experience. Unfortunately this is the only establishment like this in our area so we have to use them.

Wish there was less than a 1 because my flowers came pretty limp and my strawberry had mold on it. Do not recommend spending $200 on stuff I had to throw out. Got in the day before mother's day and on mother's day, they should have been in the trash

Was told to come by to place an order for following day, came 2 minutes after call and the store front was closed half hour early. Called and asked for a call back next day for any order, didn't get any call back. The worst customer service possible avoid this place like the plague.
