Been going to this place for years. Guy behind the counter that can barely speak English asks me for ID for a lotto ticket. I have more grey in my beard than black. Thought he was kidding. Don't even know if he knew how to read my licence. Actually had to tell him 3 times what I wanted. That's it for that place. Support your local Avondale.

Never again, I paid for a car wash, and their car wash was out of service, but because I prepaid at the gas pump I couldn't get my money back, and I could only use it, at their location. Went back another day and their scrubber werent working. Big rip off.

Their gas pumps play ads with audio and you can't mute it. Go elsewhere.

The guy in the reviews names ( Suhaib Ghafoor ) was really a mad guy , I was there inside the shop when he came nearly at 11:59 and he said he want to get the gas. I was filling the polar pop, and I was listening that the employee over there was warning him that the price might be changed in a few minutes but he kept asking why he will get the gas expensive, the guy working there explain him everything but still the guy want to get the gas so when he done the transaction, the price of the gas goes higher so he started blaming the employee over there and started fighting over 2 L. He was shouting on it in a really mannerless be behave and he’s abusing him for no reason, the employee again and again telling him that I have warn you about it, but he still wanted it, so there is no mistake of the employee over there was the mistake of that guy. He nearly looks drunk. I don’t know, but he was behaving like that. The employ over there was very polite one of the best employees I’ve ever seen. They always talk with me in a better manner and ask me about my day how it’s gone and about my health that’s what the best customer service looks like.

Sink not working (no water?).. pls fix, that's very unsanitary. Staff making food also appear to use this bathroom.

Annoying Ads on pump, and I swear they slow down the pumping speed compared to other stations just to serve you more ads.

Be cautious when pumping, before I even started pumping, the counter said I had spent .26 cents
If this is happening to everyone it would equate to 1000’s of dollars a day stollen from customers

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Jitish at Esso. On a day that was personally difficult, his genuine compassion and kindness brought a lightness I truly needed. He didn’t just do his job, he connected with empathy, that was comforting. That brief exchange changed the course of my night, the days following and reminded me how powerful an act of kindness can be. He also thoughtfully shared Esso’s current promotions, showing he cares about the practical side of helping customers too. Jitish made a lasting impression on me, and I won’t forget how he made me feel. Esso is so incredibly lucky to have him with their company. Thank you Jitish, you are outstanding!
