Love this place. Has tons to choose from. Some items are more expensive than what I'd pay for it but all around good store. Oh yeah ,staff are always pleasant.(at least the few times I've been)

Excellent experience all the way. Just got our new pool table from Family Rec.The staff in the store are really friendly and helpful and patient; no sales pressure. The pricing is fair and I appreciated that it was "all in" (table, accessories, delivery and set up) so I didn't have to worry about forgetting to account for any aspect of the cost. We didn't wait long for delivery. In fact, we could have got it sooner than we chose to.The guys who did the install were fantastic; friendly, respectful of the home, answered all our questions and gave tips for care. They took great care in the set up and got it perfectly installed. They're very professional and very competent. We made the right choice to go with Family Recreational.

I had purchased a used table and Family Recreation did the pickup, refurbish and install at my home. Two young chaps, Dave & Ken did an absolutely AWESOME job of the work, taking that extra care that showed that customer satisfaction is very important to them. They worked professionally and as a team to ensure that every aspect of the install was perfect. Kudos to them both. Great employees!!!
