FedEx really failed this time. They accepted my shipment at Staples and it travelled to British Columbia very quickly for expected delivery 22DEC however it's still not delivered as of 07JAN!! I even made delivery easy by having it held at their office in SSI for pickup. I never anticipated sending a Christmas present to be so frustrating. Very disappointed with the FedEx BC operation :(

I was dreading having to go to a FedEx ShipCentre because the locations in St Catharines, Ontario, were not convenient at all for someone living in Niagara on the Lake Then, I realized that Staples on Geneva St has a ShipCentre, which was a God Send news for me. Nice, newly renovated space inside Staples, in and out in minutes.

It is located in Staples at the Fairview Mall, which is a beautiful store, btw. Jack, who was the clerk, was exceptionally helpful and so courteous to every customer. I sent a box containing a WW2 (1944) RCN Protective Suit and cap to Ottawa. It was supposed to arrive next Monday, but FedEx had it at the customer’s front door less than 24 hours later. The customer and I were thrilled. Well done!

Said next day delivery. Fast to take the money.,,but then said it would be three fays..really messed us up as other couriers could have done it.. dishonest..if your reading this. Use another service , they don't come through and act like your the problem when you call..never again

Worst! Says address is wrong, have to have shipper change. Contact shipper, no, it is right! Many delivers, never a problem. Call back FedEx, ship address is wrong, we now changed it. 4 days later, package comes, original shipping label, nothing wrong with address. Drivers are garbage, whole company is garbage

This listing is not accurate. The fed ex shipper at this mall is located at Staples (located near the winners and other box stores). They also ship for DHL and purolator.

I had a family member ship a package to me and they had it expedited to be here Monday, November 16th (sent out on Friday, November 13th), only to have no information on where it could be. On Thursday we finally found the receipt with the tracking number to find that it was still at the FedEx ship center nearby. It cost $232 USD to be expedited so we called them today asking what the hell went wrong. They told us there are fees and we had to pick it up because of covid. No one informed us we had to pay the fee and pick it up. They have both my phone number and email, yet didn't contact me at all.
