Today all I wanted was to make a withdrawal from my account. And what I recieved was horrendous service by the teller who asked for private information not required by law to do so. Only time this extremely sensitive information is needed is to open or close an account and is only sent to and used by head office. I refused as I know my legal rights as a Canadian and was told it was "standard practice" because of fraud being more prevalent lately. I believe it was a discriminatory act towards me as I happily gave all other needed information and documentation for them to use for verification.

One of the absolute worst businesses that exist in Niagara. I had banked with these people for 10 years. Had a great relationship aside from them transferring money from an account without permission and without having that account number "on file". Then, all of a sudden, they decide to discriminate against me because I am mask exempt. They refused to serve me indoors and then proceeded to illegally terminate my account. They took it too far and will be seeing legal action against them. In future, I highly suggest this company educates their employees on the law.

Love this branch! The tellers are ALWAYS happy and friendly. Not only professional but know how to create a good relationship based membership. It does not matter if I have two penny’s or a million dollars in the bank the folks here treat us all the same which is great! Anyone that says anything otherwise must not have anything nice to say!Thanks again.

Been coming here for some time and everyone has been really nice in the past, I'm disappointed because i went there today with my Mother to pay some bills, a younger employee with long blonde hair made a rude comment towards men in response to my mom asking her a question by the front door as we were leaving. My Mom was being nice and simply asked hey the noise must be loud and tough to deal with all day eh? (Renovations going on) and the employee responds, oh you put up with it after a while, "Just like men". This is pretty distasteful and unprofessional. Quite frankly I dont see how this employee found that humorous. I'm a man and if I made this comment towards her or another woman it would be a very different result.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I am a member in good standing. Although not wealthy, I live paycheck to paycheck. I opened an account almost a year ago. Was told they couldn't give me a limit on debit for 6 months due to being frauded. I waited over 6 months went back to the branch to be able to remotely access MY money, not a loan or the banks money, my own personal money and after wasting a bus trip there and an hour of my time, I left no further ahead. Now I have to pay a cab or wait forever in the cold to get to a branch to get my own money. Absolutely dispicable customer service. They should be ashame to treat paying members this way

Clear your walk ways! It's dangerous and very slippery. One of the staff members clearly has a power tripping chip on her shoulder, she makes you wait in line while she discusses her station wagon and then snaps at you when she educates you on how things are run within the branch. You can deliver the same message, but try to do it with kindness. Bank machine is very inconsistent. I wish this phase was better or would bring on some older more mature staff
