If you ever need anything done, Jamie is for sure your guy. He solved the problem with my car very quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be returning to him and this business in the future whenever I need something fixed up.

Amazing service! They went above and beyond and took the time to explain the process to us and in detail what exactly they fixed on our car. The car had significant damage after an accident, and Fix Auto made it look and run like brand new again!

Disappointing. Brought vehicle in after accident. They do not assess mechanical damage, will just do a quick walk around and point out obvious damage. Installed panels with large gaps, trim pieces not clipped in properly, or missing pieces entirely. Replaced wheel with one that was not round, repair team can’t feel vibration on highway from a bad wheel. Had to have alignment done right after I left since they can’t do an alignment, other mechanics noticed bad wheel immediately. Had to pay out of pocket to have things corrected properly elsewhere. Waited for 6 months for part that went missing during repair.

I’ve taken our cars to FIX AUTO different times with different issues we are very satisfied with all the repairs.
I was most impressed because when there were supply chain issues regarding parts, they made exceptional efforts to get these parts delivered as soon as possible. Not only were they “on top of tracking the parts” but they made a point to kept me looped in!
What I really respect about FIX AUTO on Merritt St, is that they are very professional, well organized and exceptionally adept at communication.
I would recommend Fix Auto to anybody looking for high quality work done by experts who actually care!

(Follow-up) I drive a 13-year-old run-of-the-mill SUV. After years of not even being aware of it, my extra-tall (6'5") brother-in-law noticed half a dozen stone chips on the roof, so I brought it here for an estimate. The man said, $2,000. WHAT!! I had gotten a first estimate at a place I use and trust for only $700. Quite a difference, but still too high. So, I bought a small can of no-name high-gloss Tremclad-type rust paint and a cheap brush and painted over the spots. 24 hours later I gave them second coats. Looks great. Love it. My grand total, $35. I saved $1,965 + taxes. In all due respect to all the good people at Fix Auto, I felt I was treated like an old lady with a new Lexus and a bottomless back account. The lesson for me (and everyone), thankfully, I got at least 2 estimates.

I was recommended to take my car to Fix Auto in St. Catharines and l am sure thankful l did. My Z3 headlights where long overdue for a cleaning. Wow the headlight coverings now are sparkling clean. I Had a minor repair to do after getting hit. Greg was amazing. Was able to fix the car within 15 minutes. Great place to deal with Excellent customer service and quality of work.
