I was in the other day and bought a pair of dunks. Kamal was SO helpful and attentive. His customer service is top tier. Quick and super friendly!! He deserves a raise!!

Went to try on clothing and store associate said "change rooms are closed." "No one is allowed to try on clothing". Saturday at 3:45pm. Yet 5 employees standing around talking. Blows my mind how these stores that were once operating and managed well have completely fallen off and have terrible customer service. Left my potential purchases of shoes, 2 pairs of pants 2 vests and 2 shirts. This is exactly why stores close for good.

Went in two days in a row and had to ask for assistance after waiting and looking at the two salesmen talk to each other and finishing their story, knowing I was there. They are young and I get it, but more training in customer service definitely needed.

Went today and purchase AF1 shoes. There were 3 or 4 staff members working when we entered. None were serving customers and yet no one greeted us. We stood around for a few mins while staff walked around or used their phones but did not acknowledge us as we stood in front of the shoes and looked at them for help. Finally we walked up to the cash and asked for the shoes which they went in the back to retrieve. We bought them and left, by far not what I expected from this store. Very disappointing.

Bought the wrong size the red head guy was very kind and let me exchange it right away. I love the sneakers here I won’t buy from anywhere else they got a big selection.

Came here the other day and dealt with Mason, he proceeded to flirt with my 14 year old friend. And started to sniff the shoe after tested.

A lot of items I liked were sold out unfortunately in my size. But I assumed it would be much cheaper because of boxing day coming up. Seen some great clothing items but even with the discount I still found it expensive.

I witnessed an employee accuse and call security and ask to search bags of some African American teenagers for stealing. Some of those students are honor roll students. I know these children personally and stepped in. These student were were targeted because they were African American. They were more than willing to empty pockets and prove they didn't have it. There were other high-school aged kids in the store but they weren't asked even though they were just as capable but they were white . My white son and his African American best friend went back the next day, and my son touched all the same things his friend did , but only his friend was followed around. Foot locket is rascim still alive at your store?

Went to footlocker in the pen center and had some girl “help” me named kree and was extremely rude and didn’t even seem interested in making a sale.I asked for a different shoe size and she could care less about helping me and really expressed a sour attitude towards me. Not sure how it’s ok to have people with such a rude demeanour working in retail.
