bad experience sales associate was bit rude

I witnessed an employee accuse and call security and ask to search bags of some African American teenagers for stealing. Some of those students are honor roll students. I know these children personally and stepped in. These student were were targeted because they were African American. They were more than willing to empty pockets and prove they didn't have it. There were other high-school aged kids in the store but they weren't asked even though they were just as capable but they were white . My white son and his African American best friend went back the next day, and my son touched all the same things his friend did , but only his friend was followed around. Foot locket is rascim still alive at your store?

Went to footlocker in the pen center and had some girl “help” me named kree and was extremely rude and didn’t even seem interested in making a sale.I asked for a different shoe size and she could care less about helping me and really expressed a sour attitude towards me. Not sure how it’s ok to have people with such a rude demeanour working in retail.

Lost my business today! 2 staff members too busy chit chatting about life, were more interested in one another than even acknowledging my existence.Thanks Soft Moc for picking up where Footlocker failed!

When I purchased shoes it took me hunting down sales rep. No problem taking my money….left shoes by radiator the one is insanely warped. Brought back for exchange. The associate texted the manager who said that it’s defective. All of our other shoes by same radiator are perfectly fine. Long story short. They want me to go to a store that sells this shoe and lie to them and tell them I bought them there so maybe they can help me out. If you can’t fix common problems at your store and send people to manufacturers why even carry their products. You represent no one. And I will not shop there again. Very poor customer service. Know your products: the shoes didn’t say they couldn’t be placed by a radiator by your front door, no disclaimer.

Just walked in the store April 4th 7:45pm and walked out at 7:50 employee on his phone texting and avoiding customers. Asked a question and looked at me like I was interrupting him. Absolutely rude and uncalled for, my employees do not have phones during work time only on break.

Staff is always in a group talking . No service. They are rude to teens and give them dirty looks and attitude if they need something. They lie about store policies . Absolutely hate going in here because it's next to impossible to not yell at them to do there jobs and watch how they treat the young and impressionablel customers .

The staff here at the Pen Centre are terrible, and have been for years.....Zero help!!! I thought it may have changed over the years since I haven't been in a long time but no. Same old bad service. Tried on a pair and after they didn't fit he said "ok see ya later". Never tried to set me up with a different pair or gave me a chance to look. Maybe its the training and they are just not that knowlegable when it come to shoes.Also why does Footlocker have the check availabilty online if its not accurate? Went to the Outlets and got a pair there with no problems

Unlike other Foot Lockers in Ontario, this one has friendly and helpful staff who acknowledge your presence and don't ignore you.??

If I could give them As 0 star I would I asked for a size 10 and a 1/2 Reeboks they mentioned that they don't have them the lady that works there said she checked got my wife to call I they had 2 pairs size 10 1/2 sent in a white friend and had him Buy me the shoes no wonder no colored people work at this location will be send this to corporate and rebook and returning the shoes since they don't deserve my money

Many of the employees at this location have awful customer service skills.I went in with my sister today and not one person greeted us or asked us if we needed help. When my sister asked one of the employees (who was bald) about a couple pairs of shoes she was interested in he seemed annoyed as if she was imposing on him for politely asking questions. Her and I were the only customers in the entire store. Too busy engaged in conversation to do their jobs I guess?I wonder if his treatment of us had anything to do with our color?I would recommend buying online instead of going to this location whenever possible. :)
