First time getting my nails done here today and I couldn’t be happier! This is probably the best application experience I’ve ever had. She was so gentle and meticulous with the shape. My nails look perfect, not bulky at all! And the whole process was quick too. I wish I had caught her name, but I’d highly recommend this place! 😊

REPEAT: DO NOT COME HERE.
This was one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at any business.
I paid for my nails, and their machine printed a receipt that said “cancel,” even though the charge went through on my card. I showed the owner my bank statement in real time, and I got on the phone with my bank right in front of him. The bank representative confirmed that the payment was successful and told him the issue was with HIS machine, not me.
The owner still refused to listen, refused to believe the bank, and forced me to pay a second time just so I could leave. He even had a technician stand by the door like I was going to run off over a service I had ALREADY paid for. Absolutely ridiculous and humiliating for the business.
To make it worse, as I respectfully walked out, the nail technicians started talking about me on top of including the other ladies getting their nails done to engage in gossip. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional
This place is a joke, they don’t take responsibility for their own faulty equipment, and they have no problem treating paying customers terribly.
There are plenty of nail salons out there save your money, your time, and your sanity. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

I’m always happy with the finishes product of my nails when I leave but unfortunately the wait time, even if you make an appointment is always long.

I just got shellac for my hands. It was awful ! Not recommended any one
I went other nail salon they removed right away and do the new one
I paid this ridiculous pl 40 dolar and second place 35
Simple French shellac cost me 85 dollar with the tip (of course for the second store)

First time bio nails. And last time as it burned. Painful experience. Jimmy did a reasonable job with bio nails and pedi. But it was stressful. He kept pushing/ hitting my fingers aside and was in a huge rush. The pedi was a better experience.
