Don't shop here unless you like being followed around like a criminal.
I was shopping with my wife and some guy who I thought was another shopper was following us and at one point got pretty close to us. I thought he was sizing me up so he could try and Rob me as the area is not so great
Turns out this is the stores loss prevention officer.
I work extremely hard for my money as do most people and don't appreciate his intimidation tactics while trying to do my weekend shopping. I'm not a thief, I'm your customer.
I called the store manager and he laughed when I mentioned this saying yeah we get complaints about him all the time.
Don't give this store your money, go somewhere that treats you with respect.

I cant believe how bad their system is. I came for an item that is in their flyer on the day of flyer and the next day. The items are not anywhere in the store. Spoke to the manager and his answer was i dont know when and if it comes ever. I mean when it comes to false advertising this one should get an award

I go here often and usually have no issues but recently the customer service I recieved encouraged me to leave a review to warn others.
They had mexican mangos in a box (see photo) and it was a great deal something like $5. The mangos did look ripe and if they didn’t sell would go bad soon. I brought my box upto the cash and see my usual cashier karalen. She right away calls a manager to come count the mangos because ‘it shouldn’t be THIS full’. Sounded a bit accusatory. The other girl comes says the same thing in a similar accusatory tone and I told them to go check the other boxes as they are all THIS full. I did not move any mangos around.
The girl returns and mumbles to karalen about the guy who loaded the mangos did this etc. zero remorse or apology for accusing me. The rest of the interaction was just them gossiping with each other ignoring me as I pay and grab my stuff.
Not impressed at all.
They also removed the entire skid of mangos into the oblivion because God fobid people get a good deal on mangos.
Edit to add: the same cashier is just miserable because I needed some cash back and she proceeds to tell me “i can only do $15 No More okayy?” Why does your machine offer upto $40?.
Might just stop going here to avoid the trash customer service

This place is a joke.Upon entering the store you are first greeted by Paul Blart mall cop, who makes you put your outside bags on the number 5 grocery belt, completely unwatched while you shop. If you use a backpack as a purse, they make you leave it behind as well with all your personal items laying there for anyone to take.

Store apperantly has a problem with too many theives? Guess the wall of shame isn't enough? But it's getting worse, and they've gotten into the routine of treating their customers as criminals.
Wouldn't advise trying to bring your purse into this place, they're honestly that petty at this point.
They'd rather your stuff get stolen sitting there unguarded and unwatched, than theirs.(They don't have ANY prevention methods for your items... ie lockers rental for 25cent like the carts? Or hell make it profitable if you have to recoup the cost, or need to be incentivized lmfao) which while still a nuisance WOULD drastically change this problem.
They want you to trust their customers to not steal your unprotected, non alarm ringing, and unproven possessions.
Yet, they don't trust their own customers when they have cameras, alarm bells, security guards, the wall of shame, and criminal charges.
Not to mention they're a massive corporation that has inventory loss to write off, and their consumers are likely FAR more impacted by being stolen from.
Their security guard seems to get off on abusing his power too
Wouldn't recommend this establishment if you expect any level of humanity. It's borderline impossible to describe the poor quality of treatment this place gives while still staying professional.
