Manager Jenny is useless.Trying to get help should be her priority! Very rude person. Walking away from client with attitude and smart remarks is not what I pay for! Never again!

Really disappointed with this store.... A couple years back I went to this location and an associate by the name of Jen gave me the best experience and I left the store feeling like a million bucks. Last week I went to the store to try on a couple of items I saw online and left the store feeling really self conscious. A girl by the name of Angelina continuously mentioned how I didn't grab my correct size in clothing and how she could help me find my correct size larger. (I told her all my other clothing is from garage so I'm familiar with the sizing I need) At first I brushed it off until she came up me to two more times mentioning sizing again AND this was after I went to the change room to already insure everything fit me properly. (Which she knew because she saw me go to try on the pieces I had) I felt extremely uncomfortable and don't know if this will be a location I will want to visit anymore. Which is really disappointing considering more than half my wardrobe is the brand Garage. I work in retail and I understand customer service and asking a customer if they need help. I'm sure that was her intention but her delivery was completely off and very degrading.

Not for women with big bums and slim waists. There stuff is for a lot of pre teens. Always cropped tops and way to short. They should consider broadening there styles.

Going into this store gives me anxiety with the way the workers breathe down your neck. If I say I’m just looking, I’d like to just look not be asked a million questions or given recommendations after the statement. Just way too in your face and flat out annoying.

I used to love this store, but the last couple of times I went in, was the WORST customer service. I will NOT shop here again. Very rude staff, who think they are wardens.

was in there today to purchase a shirt for the weekend & the young girl who was working the door was completely rude & disrespectful. I was told that I probably won't find my size in their store & I wear a size small. it shouldn't matter, I felt extremely judged by my appearance & made the shopping experience terrible. I don't support women who body shame other women. the whole staff was very off & nobody was friendly at all. I will never spend another dime at this company again after this terrible experience.

Was there on Sunday and the sales associate was incredibly rude. Came back to return something on the Wednesday, pretty sure it was the same girl and still rude. I wish I got her name. She was trying to verify the numbers on my visa vs my phone pay and I told her the numbers were the same. Then she tries to grab my phone to get the info. Um no, I know how to use my phone and don't need you to show me how especially during a pandemic. If I have to sanitize my hands while coming into the store, then why do you think you can grab my phone? Your safety is important but not mine? She needs to get off her power trip.
