Rarely ever opens when they say they do. They won’t open up until the pharmacist is present, and the pharmacist doesn’t seem to care enough to show up on time. This is honestly like the 15th it’s happened to me and I’m maybe in once a week. So I’m sure it’s almost a daily occurrence. Please respect your clientele, if you can’t seem to care to show up on time, change your hours.

the best pharmacy ever! Amir,Jen,and Lisa are the best team ,work amazing individualy and as a team. phone and bedside manner are beyond expected. every single time I go there I am almost greeted with hugs it is such a friendly safe and welcoming atmosphere. cheap and reasonable prices for all products with an amazing selection. switched pharmacy's from rexall to here due to all the above. never a bad experience and fast friendly service! highly recommended! 🥰

Always have such a positive experience here. Prescriptions are always filled within 30 minutes, staff are extremely friendly! Would recommend.

Do your JOB! Absolutely rude woman works there. When I had a prescription for vitamin b1 and folic acid that would have been covered by my work benefits but I listened to this rude woman who told me I had to buy it off their shelf and I wasn’t having a great day and she treated me with such a disrespectful tone.REPLY TO GLENRIDGE PHARMACY. I told her I had coverage she didnt want to fill the prescription because she is a lazy person so I had to pay for vitamins that are covered through my job and if I was thinking more clearly I would have went to another pharmacy because I have been prescribed these vitamins before and had a prescription filled for them. also she did not even ask my name or if I had coverage

The pharmacy needs to fire whatever woman answers the phones at this location. Rude as hell, no manners, talks to people like they are taking up her personal time. Talking down to people is not acceptable! Shame on the staff for allowing someone like this to answer calls.
