Excellent Store in knowledgeable staff. The young lady was able to help me What's concerns with my little pooch "Monsieur" And his eating habits. After finding out the food that used to buy was discontinued and replaced with a new product I was informed That It is the same or better quality The wet food. So I bought some to try In some other Treats.Thank you once againHOOTS & MONSIEUR

Always leave feeling cared for. 8/10 times when you go in they ask to give your dog a treat.They always have lots of knowledge on their products too!Had to switch dog foods shortly after purchasing a new bag because my dog wouldn’t eat it, and they switched the bags out for free. And then offered me toppings for the new food to make sure the dog eats. I felt like they truly cared about my dog!

I've owned dogs for 20 years and dealt with many pet stores all around GTA. This location is the best store ever. Shay is the most knowledgeable and friendliest individual I have ever met. Amazing staff and owner. Thank you very much for the impeccable service and a special thank you to Shay for helping me with the pickiest dogs ever.

I literally had to pull over to write this! If I could give this store 20 more stars I would! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Global Pets on Glendale literally has the most genuine human beings that work at that store. They have everything you could possibly need there but they're not there just to sell you the things that are on their shelf, if they think that there's a better product they will tell you it's not about the money for them. Next to the vet I trust the people at this store that they 100% have my dogs health and happiness on top of their priority list. They are so wonderful to all of their customers both human & pet. Every time I walk in they ask me how I am not the typical you're just walking into a store I'm going to ask you" how you are" to make you feel welcome they actually care how you and your animal are!!My Murphy boy loves going there??

Love this place. This location in particular is operated very professionally. The guy who runs it is actually from my old neighborhood. He grew up on the same street as I did. LOL. Small world. :)They carry a great selection of pet foods. Their prices are competitive. If you have pets you might want to check them out.

The owner and staff here are wonderful. My family is in quarantine with COVID and they have offered to drop off our Pups food. This gesture is so appreciated and does not go unnoticed. We will never shop anywhere else!

We love this store!! We have been going here for years. The staff are SO knowledgeable and very friendly every time. Our one dog has an extremely sensitive stomach, and they recommended some great food/treat options and she’s been great ever since. ?
