I visit Goodwill stores often enough- Great deals. No one googling how much the item could be worth. Flea markets, garage sales-not even worth it. The staff is always pleasant-overly. Such an amazing experience every time.Thank you

There’s a male worker (I didn’t get his name) he’s every rude to customers bringing donations to the store, I would recommend going there for donation drop off and I personally will ever be going there to shop or to drop off donations again

The oldest lady there is the rudest of all. I have two kids she was shouting at them that they can't go in toys or even walk or touch anything in the store. Both kids ended up crying with her behavior. Worse she was spying to see and making announcement. WHY DONT YOU WRITE KIDS AND DOGS NOT ALLOWED. YOU SEEM TO THINK YOUR THE BOSS OF THE WORLD WORKING AT A USED THRIFT SHOP. PRETTY PATHETIC. READ ALL REVIEWS BELOW MOST SAY SAME TIME FLR GOODWILL TO WAKE UP AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST HER.

I donate and shop here all the time! Always walk out with a bargain! Friendly staff, a tall gentleman with a goodwill hat went above and beyond when I had questions about furniture! Very pleased with my experience! Will shop again :)

I go here very often and it's a great place, I've never had any issues with the staff and they've been incredibly nice and respectful to me. This Goodwill also has a pretty good variety of stuff for pretty cheap but it does mainly focus on clothing items. This place is really good for if you need cheap clothing, especially for children since the kids clothing is typically 8$ and under. This specific locations sells glassware and dishware, clothing, plushies and kids toys, shoes and bags, blankets, and basically any 'misc' item. It also has an almost year round Christmas decor for sale by the puzzles and board games.
I don't recommend this place for up-selling or buying and selling for more money since it's not worth it and takes items that people who can't afford higher prices may need. But overall, this is a wonderful store! I have gone here for many years and will continue to go here many more. :)

Raiden! I completely agree. She ruins the whole shopping experience. Feels like you're being watched the whole time, and she'll make you hang everything up like you work there. She is not an asset to the store/ company? and she made me very uncomfortable. I wanted to leave. I heard her say the same thing today about shoplifting. And she'll watch it like a hawk when you're in the change room.

I went in to this goodwill to see what their book and dvd section was like, I got pointed at by the workers and waved at them (thinking they had recognized me), as I have been in there often to make make purchases or browse at the book/dvd selection. Making my second purchase of the day, the woman at the counter whose name I believe was Claudia had stopped me and my shopping companion as we left. with what i thought was a joke saying “bag check” then i realized she was dead serious, accusing me/us of stealing??!. I had provided my reciept from my previous purchase, when the woman became embarrassed at the fact she was wrong about the ‘theft’ as I had proven my previous purchase, and respectfully proving her wrong and simply trying to exit the store. this woman proceeded to follow us out of the store telling us to not return in what seemed like a fit of embarrassment. I would love to make purchases at this location and recommend it as I always have, but this is not possible now. when I am being harassed from outside the store after i had left and provided my reciept, if this is happening to me who is a regular customer i couldnt imagine the treatment of unknown customers simply trying to get a good deal on a book or a shirt.

Dropped off a donation today and didn't get as much of a thank you. Heard at woman screaming inside at the employees. Looks like by other comments this Goodwill has problems. Next time we'll go to Value Village where they always thank you.

manager there is the worst…She kinda old, tall and a bit skinny … . She came to the counter and yelled at the customer without explanation to customer in a nice way. She was very rude…….. so unpleasant and bad experience to shop at this location. I hope the owner checks with their employees one in awhile to see how they treat their customers. No surprise why that store seem to be quiet not to many people shop there unlike other thrift store. RUDE RUDE manager.

The older lady there she is the manager and she’s the rudest of all. Don’t shop there no more. Many places to go and i have no problem at the Glendale place.
