Raiden! I completely agree. She ruins the whole shopping experience. Feels like you're being watched the whole time, and she'll make you hang everything up like you work there. She is not an asset to the store/ company? and she made me very uncomfortable. I wanted to leave. I heard her say the same thing today about shoplifting. And she'll watch it like a hawk when you're in the change room.

I went in to this goodwill to see what their book and dvd section was like, I got pointed at by the workers and waved at them (thinking they had recognized me), as I have been in there often to make make purchases or browse at the book/dvd selection. Making my second purchase of the day, the woman at the counter whose name I believe was Claudia had stopped me and my shopping companion as we left. with what i thought was a joke saying “bag check” then i realized she was dead serious, accusing me/us of stealing??!. I had provided my reciept from my previous purchase, when the woman became embarrassed at the fact she was wrong about the ‘theft’ as I had proven my previous purchase, and respectfully proving her wrong and simply trying to exit the store. this woman proceeded to follow us out of the store telling us to not return in what seemed like a fit of embarrassment. I would love to make purchases at this location and recommend it as I always have, but this is not possible now. when I am being harassed from outside the store after i had left and provided my reciept, if this is happening to me who is a regular customer i couldnt imagine the treatment of unknown customers simply trying to get a good deal on a book or a shirt.

This goodwill location does backroom deals with certain customers. Have seen it multiple times now where they are offering specific pieces to individuals which haven't been put on the floor for the rest of the public. Also they've made rude remarks about things I'm purchasing in the past.Appreciate the reply but I'm not talking about (nor do I care) what entry or exit your items exit the building. I'm writing about your employees selling items to certain customers (which are resellers) before the rest of the public gets a chance. Also it wasn't furniture.I've seen them do deals with vintage cameras, vinyl records and vintage clothing.

manager there is the worst…She kinda old, tall and a bit skinny … . She came to the counter and yelled at the customer without explanation to customer in a nice way. She was very rude…….. so unpleasant and bad experience to shop at this location. I hope the owner checks with their employees one in awhile to see how they treat their customers. No surprise why that store seem to be quiet not to many people shop there unlike other thrift store. RUDE RUDE manager.

The older lady there she is the manager and she’s the rudest of all. Don’t shop there no more. Many places to go and i have no problem at the Glendale place.

An alcoholic-looking cashier chases people around the store, takes pictures of customers, and when she sees someone sitting on a chair looking at a book, snaps at them, and kicks him out of the chair.... she should rather do it in the dungeon

To the guy who said this is the rudest location, clearly he hasn't been to Glendale Ave. Lol I've never had a problem here and always had decent service. I find some good deals too . The one on GLENDALE however has really rude employees (not all) and it's a REGULAR occurrence. Doesn't matter if you're a customer, or you're donating.

This location has to have some of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I donate there quite often, and you are literally giving them free inventory so they can run their business, with the hope that someone else who needs it will be able to purchase clothes / toys etc.. at a much lower price. However, show up 15min before they open to drop of donations at the back, and even though the door is open and staff are outside, they will do everything in your power to make you feel like an absolute terrible person for daring to be there 15min before they open. Instead of taking the donation, one guy wanted me to take it back, and come back in 15min to drop it off like it was his mission to assert some sort of power. Dirty looks from everyone else, no thanks, absolutely terrible. I know if I were running that business and someone was giving me free merchandise to sell, I would at least say thank you.

Good qualitie finds in this goodwill. You just have to look. It's well laid out and spaced. Lots of different items to choose from. Plenty of fitting rooms and the customer service is great.

Another customer made a rude comment about my appearance and the ladies working were SO. SWEET. Three of them listened to what happened and made sure I left the store feeling awesome about myself. Can’t thank you guys enough!

It's a thrift store, so it's fun to see what you can findHowever, the prices have gone up astronomically. I love the idea of reducing our carbon footprint by reusing/etc but the prices are too high now, so I choose to support locally owned, smaller thrift shops

Decent selection for men with fair prices. Well organized but furniture can be pricey at times.
