Overpriced. Charged nearly $30 for a simple undercut trim. Girl didn't even bother to put my hair up properly and missed spots. Just awful. Won't be back.

I forgot to make an appointment with my hair stylist and they are busy this weekend, so I decided going to try a new place which is close to my house. I did a walk in at Great Clips Glendale, and had my hair cut today. It took her ten minutes to cut my hair and a few minutes to blow dry, I have the same style for many years and never had haircut that fast because my hair is not super short. But I thought it is okay, maybe they can still do a good job. However I was so disappointed. I have never had a terrible hair cut like today. I think a random students hair stylist can do a much better job than them. They just want a quick money! People come in and out fast.Their price is cheaper than other hair salons, for just around $30 dollars. But the value of the haircut is worse than $5 dollars. If you just need your hair short, don't care about looks and can't do it yourself, this place is ok. But if you need a good hair cut, this place waste every penny and every minute of yours. I forgot the name of the hairstylist (Anniston?), but she has blue hair.
If you want a haircut, ask your friend or family to do it for you. They can do it better than her.

Do NOT go to this place!!
Messed up my boyfriend’s hair tonight very badly. Not worth $50 one bit. Girl definitely didn’t know what she was doing. Embarrassing.

My stylist Yumi on Glendale was horrible. Had a simple Bob cut. Not even, strands hanging longer in places. Looks like she put a bowl on my head made a line and cut. It's crazy how stylists can't do this simple cut. Will definitely need to find a new hair place.

I got my hair cut by a hairdresser named Yoon Mi and I really loved it. She was very professional and I felt like she did her best.
My friends also asked me for the name of the salon and the hair dresser, saying that my hair was so pretty. I will visit her again💖

Wanted to charge same rate as a hair cut to shave my undercut using a zero and zero trim. I will stick to First Choice that charges me for a beard trim.

The customer service was absolutely awful. I asked to have my eyebrows trimmed, but the lady completely ruined them, taking almost all of them off. She also finished without drying my hair, so when I touched it, my hand was covered in long, wet strands. I got into my car, checked my eyebrows, and went back inside to ask for a refund. The employees gave me a lot of attitude and made me wait 10 minutes, only to tell me they couldn’t issue a refund. NEVER GO HERE. Pay the extra $10 and go to a barber shop that actually cares about their work.

I am a senior & long time customer. I have very little hair to shave as it is and today the young girl wanted a separate fee to shave my little beard. I refused & will NOT return. They don't discount my little hair & charge same as full hair.

Went in this morning for a senior haircut and was very disappointed in the cut the lady cut it so short it made me look like a man's cut.I showed her a photo but did not cut it at all like the picture.My hair was pass my shoulders,and now it looks like a man's.I have been going there for many years and was mostly very happy with the cut,but not today, I hope this will never look like a little boy, Not happy,I feel embarrassed to go out looking like this.I think I will be looking for another salon.
