The store didn’t seem to be staffed. I went in quick yesterday, the store seemed a bit disorganized in the front, I found a shirt I wanted to try on so I went to the fitting room and stood there for 5 mins with no help. I looked around and could see some cashiers glancing over my way. Fitting room looked like a mess and after 5 mins waiting I put the shirt back and left.

The manager at this store was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She is tall and wears glasses, and her attitude was completely unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone. Avoid shopping here.

The staff were extremely rude to myself , my daughter and sister. We were in the store shopping for my daughter’s sweet sixteen birthday party outfit. Not one person asked if they could help and when there were just a few mins left till close they approached us several times with a count down till close . I work in retail and know what customer service ( good customer service looks like) and they don’t have it . They were radioing each other so we could hear to tell us what time it was three times. Then on our way out the one very rude girl didn’t say anything as we exited the store. Not a have a good night or thanks for coming in. She stared at us and so I said have a goodnight and that forced her to acknowledge us. I’m a very chill person but this was over the top ignorant. I work at the same mall and our store would never act like this. Won’t be returning to shop at your store.

Relatively clean store and good fitting rooms. Prices are reasonable. This specific location has much less men's selection than I've seen at other mall locations.

Large selection, pretty decent quality items. Some things are stitched weirdly, but overall, a good store. Store is always clean, pretty well organized. Only thing I’d say it there’s usually too many clothing items on each bar so it’s hard to take one off without 2 or 3 things falling off. Staff are friendly.

Definitely lots of clothing options to pick from and not as expensive as other clothing stores. One of the bigger stores, that’s for sure. Not bad honestly, might come back!! ^^

Girl at the front counter with glasses and orange hair had a terrible attitude.. getting mad because we were in the store 5 minutes after close and basically was kicking us out

Racial Discrimination towards my friend and I. We were looking for jewelry and shoes the lady closing on February 7th 2024 at around 8.30pm was very rude and provided inadequate servics. Kindly consider hiring personable people than those who racially profile individuals. It is offensive. The fact that she was clearly talking about our colour with another associate and the moment we approached to cash out I heard her saying "oh never mind they're coming towards the check out as well." While looking at us. The service was also terrible. She barely made efforts. I do have the receipt if you need more information.

Store manager gave me wrong instruction on how to send a return. They said they can't do a return for a damaged, faulty item in store. Told me to go to Canada Post inside of Shoppers Drugmart to print the label and drop off the Purolator return. The staff at Canada Post look at me like im dumb, but the store manager at H&M told me to come there to send in the return package. I should have not listened to her. Had to go all the way to Staples to drop off the return to Purolator. A basic employee at the store dont know the procedure of returning a falsy item. Not very helpful and waste of my time.
