Dr Khan makes you go back every week for the same case. He is rude and kept me waiting for over an hour. He would come into his office and say
"I'll be right back" and not see me. Then he would see me for 3 minutes running and looking at the computer. Of course, they charge the government for your weekly visit with no solution to your problem. Right now I still have the same medical problem. I have wasted my time and money.

Worst customer service!
Apparently the family doctor is an employee of the pharmacy, so every time you get a prescription, the doctor sends the prescription to the pharmacy instead of his secretary, then when you ask the pharmacist for your printout, if you tell them you don't want to buy it there, they get very upset and rude. Today the pharmacist almost threw the prescription in my face. Also the family doctor wants you to make a weekly appointment because he says he cannot treat two illnesses at the same time and you have to tell his secretary in front of everyone the reason for your visit.

I booked an appointment to see the doctor to what I thought would be an opportunity for me to discuss a medical concern
Dr. KHAN quickly pointed out, "Oh no, this is just a meet and greet."
I can't treat you. !
You have to book another appointment.
Wow another Cash Grab ?
I was perturbed, needless to say, upset to wait an hour and a half, only to jot down some notes about my medical history.
The doctor gets paid for my visit !
WHAT DO I receive for my visit today?
Nothing!!! No Treatment ??
Why Not, I am just paid for the service.. !!!
Yet another NEW doctor that doesn't know about how to run a business and poor bedside manners in Canada !!
What happened to bedside manners and show that you care.!

Not even ask me 1 question to assist me.
Why are we letting doctors come into the country without proper training on patient canadian culture and business etiquette??
This is hurtful to our community.
I waited 1 hour 30 minutes.
For no treatment,
I feel used and taken for granted !!!
Doctors have to remember we are paying for our medical services,
this comes out of my paycheck as tax deductions..!!
And comes out of my property taxes..!!
Therefore, we as patients demand equal respect as doctors would respect from their patients !
This is not about a hierarchy that we should be subjected to the doctor and what he says goes this is not proper and respectful bedside manners.
I do not recommend this doctor
HORRIBLE SERVICE NO PEOPLE MANAGEMENT skills
They have business perceptions and values to that of a communist country.

So stopped by this morning supposed to open at 11am didnt open until 1114am they have emergen-c on sale this week for 10.99 the pharmacist had no clue what was on sale with I DA and had nothing in stock didn't even carry it wont go back ever again thank God for Pharma Plus

My granddaughter had an appointment at 9:20am. Still waiting. So far my daughter and I have lost an hours wages (~$70) because they don't seem to understand what appointment means.But they would be quick to bill us for missing the appointment.Another 30 minutes lost - 10:50
