Took passport photos rejected by the embassy. Brought back to Henry’s including proof that the photo was rejected, indicated I had to go to the embassy twice because of said photos. They deemed “there was nothing they could do”. Annoyed because I asked multiple times the day of taking the photo are you sure this correct?? Without checking they said “yes!” and this is the end result.

Don’t even think about it… horrible customer service. Been trying to get in contact with customer service past couple days, phone, email etc.
Placed an order for an expensive camera body - week and a half later there’s no movement on the order. 0 customer support…. Kid named Curtis picked up the phone and essentially told me I’m out of luck.
Greatest camera store… yeah sure…

We went to get a passport photo we went in and were out in five minuets it all went smoothly and the lady that took the photo was super nice. The price was also an okay amount

It's no longer worth shopping or even visiting Henry's camera!! Why....?? because they have nothing there, except used photo cameras and photo lenses!! I wanted to buy a regular lens hood, a small plastic hood for a Tamron lens, the answer was....we don't have them. I wanted to buy a Lee's filter there, the answer was - we don't have them!! Last year I wanted to buy a Tamron lens 18-400, the answer was - we don't have them. A year and a half ago I wanted to buy a Canon 90D camera, the answer was - we don't have them!!! So what do you have, besides the used stuff that you offered!!?? This applies to all the locations that Henry's has in Ontario!! I will never go there again!! I'd rather order what I need from B&H photo store in New York, they have everything there!! Even if I have to pay more!! Henry's...forget it!!!

Great shop if you want to get a feel for some different camera bodies, although slightly a limited in store selection, they do have models from the big 3 camera manufacturers
